This modern apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny living room with south facing terrace and fully equipped kitchen. There are lovely sea views from the living room and even better views from the communal roof top terrace with its pool. Due to its central position, no car hire is needed as the beach is just 5 minutes walk, the mini-market is just 50m away and the huge choice of restaurants and gift shops are all walking distance. Alvor is a popular fishing village and is full of charm and character. The town of Portimão is just 5 minutes drive, whilst Lagos is 25 minutes drive. There are many golf courses nearby, such as Alto, Penina, Palmares and Morgado, to name just a few.

The apartment lived up to all our expectations and it was very clean, very well equipped and very well maintained. The spacious balcony faces due South, so it gets sunshine from sunrise to sunset and the sea views are simply amazing. Heike, the property manager, provided great customer service.The location is amongst the best in Alvor: It is literally a 2 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars, yet remains very quiet at night.We stayed here for 6 weeks from mid-Jan to end of Feb 2017 and we would certainly recommend it to friends and relatives.
