About this villa rental
Villa Alvor Praia was designed as a second home for its owners. It has an excellent location and an amazing roof terrace with plenty of sun and ocean front views. It is fully equipped. It has a small garden / BBQ and different lounge areas and al fresco dinning. With 2 double rooms and 1 twin room on the 2nd floor, the villa accommodates 6 people (it is not wheelchair accessible as sleeping quarters are up the stairs). The villa is within walking distance to the beach and to Alvor centre.
Alvor is a quiet fishing village by the Alvor Ria with all the amenities, a long sandy beach, scenic pathways along the river and plenty of water activities, day trips and restaurants around.

brilliant fully secure area for our wee dog and able to off road park right outside thne property. When owner is out next door the dogs can be barky.

We were very impressed with this lovely villa. It is really well equipped with very comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen has everything that you need and the outside areas are excellent, especially the lovely roof terrace. It is an easy stroll into the centre of Alvor with a good selection of lovely restaurants and bars. We would throughly recommend this villa.

This property is perfect to discover and enjoy the relaxing and beautiful city of Alvor, especially for large family like ours.
The property is at a walking distance from every thing (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets). We enjoyed his top terrace, beautiful garden, great BBQ and kitchen.
This house has everything you need, even a grocery bag on wheels to get your groceries by walking!
The property is also beautifully decorated with objects of art and other souvenirs/ crafts from around the world.
