+the apartment was excellent and all the furbishments were in great condition
+on arrival night we had a slight problem, the host Guillaume was super helpful & kind and he resolved the problem quickly - we really appreciated it! :)
+super comfortable and wide beds
+kitchen is fully equipped and you could easily cook dinner there (had spices, oil etc.)
+very good location in the center of Alvor, supermarket and restaurants right next door

spacious and clean
we were unable to stay on the first night as the staff got our date mixed up, even though we paid for the right dates, which resulted in us having to get a room in a different hotel for the night at 2am. wasnt even offered a refund for the night
