Casa Amonita, Alvor

What a fabulous place to stay. Host met us and made us very welcome and gave us lots of best things to do and best restaurants. House location was unbelievable and just a few feet from all resort amenities. It was fully equipped with anything you needed and was very large, bright and airy. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning was excellent. Wrap around balconies over 2 floors so plenty of space to sunbath or chill out and plenty of seating. Could not fault this place and would recommend it to anyone. Alvor is a fantastic place to stay, the house was fabulous and the host superb. We will definitely be back

Nothing but if I had to say something that could possibly add to its fabulousness then a couple of full length sun lounges instead of all chairs but that’s it.

Gostei muito da localização e da relação com os anfitriões, limpeza semanal e ar condicionado potente.

Realmente as camas deviam ser maiores e colchões mais confortáveis. Falhou a luz numa das casas de banho.

Superb location... Just minutes away from lots of shops, bars, restaurants, etc (but far enough to be nice and quiet!) Very handy for transport links (bus/taxi). Well-appointed flat with fantastic views from balconies (more than one!)

location

Missing the basics. No lift. Locks faulty. One towel each then given an extra towel when requested. No mirrors in bedrooms was given a 5” mirror to build ourselves. No plugs for shavers /toothbrushes in bathrooms. No cushions on sun beds. Patio door and roller shutter broken in main bedroom. Mirror and towel rail broken in upstairs bathroom. For over €2,000 expected better. Andy tried to help but after 4 days of messaging we gave up and just tried to enjoy the remainder of our stay.
