Rehoboth Beach --- 23 Maryland Ave #500 - Tidewater House

The location was fantastic. The unit was clean, the furniture was updated and very comfortable, including the mattresses! The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and utensils!

I have 2 criticisms...while the main living space and bedrooms were beautifully updated the bathrooms were not. Both need updating. The tub in the ensuite bathroom constantly dripped and the toilet kept trying to fill itself every 30 minutes. Both bathrooms also contained a hard plastic accordion shower curtain which were dated . My last issue was the laundry room. It is located in the lower level of the building off of the parking garage, which was fine. I loaded the machine, put my $$ in and turned the machine on only to discover that the COA turns the water off for the winter! Had to put my now soap loaded clothes into garbage bag and take to a laundry! I give props to Vacasa however! I called about the water issue and they immediately had 2 of their handymen at the property to see if they resolve the issue. They were extremely nice and professional! Unfortunately this was a building issue over which they had no control. They went above and beyond though in tracking down the non-resident building manager to get to the bottom of the issue. All of that said, neither of these issues would prevent me from renting this unit again!

The location was amazing and the unit was modern and clean with everything needed to house us including a full kitchen with everything to cook and eat all there.

Parking is very tight with one spot per unit but we were so close to everything that we could just walk everywhere with ease once we were settled.
