Apartamentos Vista Marina - El Médano

Dejligt beliggende, fredeligt, rart med to terrasser, havet og byen tæt på, tre små restauranter lige om hjørnet. Nemt at parkere.

Der er kun et lille "kik" til havet fra øverste terrasse. Der kunne godt være flere liggestole ( hvis man er flere end to) Vi havde problemer med at få adgang til bebyggelsen/ rækkehuset, men Maria hjalp os.

Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, ulokowanie mieszkania z dwóch stron świata co ułatwia odpoczynek (można opalać się na tarasie). Osiedle zamknęte, obiekt znajduje się blisko oceanu oraz plaży.

It was in a quiet block, a row back from the road. Nice views from the upper terrace and comfy sofa and bed. Nice owner , Maria( very helpful). Easy to get to places from there.

Could do with some more sharp knives( I had broken my wrist so was difficult cutting things anyway). Needed to call Maria out because the door locks were silted up on my first proper day there( this was starting to happen at the end of my 2 weeks too). I suggest that in between every new set of renters, they WD40 the locks. It was stressful because I could not leave the building until it was done.... also none of the back outer entrances to the main buildings could be accessed to take the rubbish out and I had to carry it around the block( a pain when you`ve only got one working hand) There was also a major issue with the front entrance to the complex, the door kept jamming, again tricky when you only have one arm in use. I was able to use the farthest gate instead though, but I could tell other people staying there were cross about it.

Loved that both terraces are wind protected and sunny all day. Even if it’s windy (what is a normal condition in el Medano), it’s nice on the terrace. We liked that the entrance is on the ground floor. Loved two story apartment and on both floors are wc. I relly liked that there is a walking distance to the center, so every day i reached my step goal easily. Great location for windsurfers, very close to el Cabezo beach. Also we liked the staff. Super fast comunication. We forgot some valuable belongings and and thanks to the staff, got them back. Lots of towels and blankets 👍

No see view because of the houses that are infront. As we like to cook at home, we would love if there would be some proper knifes, cutting boards, scisors. And if you want to use dishwasher then needs to be more cutlery.
