About this house rental
Beachfront townhouse just 50 meters from the beach, with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. New to Vrbo but with a proven track record and excellent reviews from our guests on other platforms. Very bright, with windows facing the outdoors in every room and a master bedroom featuring a private terrace with direct ocean views. Spacious living room with access to another large private terrace. This two-story home requires climbing stairs. The decor is impeccable and well-maintained, designed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi included. Satellite TV channels in various languages. Separate kitchen. We provide beach towels and chairs. Easy parking in the area, right in front of the property

The property has a private and separate entrance; you do not have to share any common areas. It is accessed via a small hallway, and there are no large staircases or an elevator.
We take special care to ensure the property is clean, paying close attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, kitchen, and door and window handles....
The cleaning of linens (towels, sheets, bedspreads, etc.) is handled by an industrial laundry service that has already adapted to COVID-19 protocols for disinfecting and sanitizing linens.

Christina’s house is truly great for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The house is spotless, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. The beds aren’t too low and are very comfortable. The best part is, of course, the upper terrace with a direct view of the sea. The sun shines there until 5:30 p.m., and in the evening you can sit and enjoy the view under the starry sky. We were welcomed very warmly, and there were many little touches we didn’t expect but were very happy to receive: water, wine, coffee, tea, fruit, olives… Toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and there was plenty of information available for excursions and activities. Everything was carefully prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The word “hospitality” isn’t just a phrase here.

Perfectly located as advertised, with everything you could want for a fantastic vacation. Cristina made everyone feel right at home and struck exactly the right balance between being attentive and letting us enjoy the space. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, and the upper balcony in particular was absolutely brilliant. El Médano itself is wonderful in every way. We can recommend this without hesitation.

We were welcomed by the lovely Cristina, who showed us her beautiful home—spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean. It’s perfectly located with a fabulous view and easy access to the beach. Portable beach chairs were also provided if you want to go to the beach. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fruit, coffee pods for the Dolce Gusto machine, water, and a bottle of sparkling wine. You often have to buy bottles of salad dressing and the like, but they provided small packets for us. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the linens were high-quality. There was even shampoo and shower gel. It’s just a short walk from the center of El Médano and its local cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Christina’s house. Thank you, Cristina, for letting us stay.

This place was everything we wanted. Great location, beautiful ocean right across the street, great restaurants, affordable, great trails to hike, lovely, lovely people and great weather. The townhouse is clean, quiet and the thing I really liked about it was we met the owner and she was so kind and helpful. We had great communication and she gave us great recommendations. We had amazing food, lovely wine and lots of relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
