The first floor is a mezzanine with a south-facing private terrace featuring a beach umbrella, a living room, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a storage room, and a kitchen. The spacious terrace features 2 lounge chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace is accessible with sports equipment.
The living room features a sofa, dining table, and TV cabinet with a Chrome TV (large screen).
Spacious storage area under the stairs (space for suitcases, surfing gear, etc.).
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, separate freezer (three drawers), toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, and all the appliances you need to prepare a good meal. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
First floor:
The first floor features two bedrooms at either end of the apartment and a bathroom with a shower and toilet in between. The south-facing bedroom has a large private terrace with two lounge chairs and a partial view of the sea, as shown in the photos. If needed, shade can be provided by an awning.
The other bedroom offers a view of Mount Teide.
The south-facing bedroom has two comfortable, large, high-quality beds (90x200 cm) that can easily be pushed together to form a king-size bed.

From the Vista Marina, you just have to cross the street to Mareta del Cochino, where you can head into the water to windsurf, wingfoil, surf, and swim—or simply relax on the beach. Playa de la Jaquita is a 200-meter walk away, and Playa del Cabezo is 500 meters away. It’s also an ideal starting point for kitesurfing at Playa del Médano. Across the entire island, there are plenty of opportunities for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and surfing.
In the international and lively town of El Médano, you can rent and buy all kinds of sports equipment, and you’ll also find plenty of great restaurants, bars, shops, the weekly market on Wednesdays, events in the town square…
