MEDANO4YOU Isa's Penthouse

We enjoyed our stay overall. The balcony was a real highlight, with a great view and a very pleasant space to spend time. The location is excellent, and the residence itself is beautiful and well maintained. We also liked the layout of the apartment, with the bedrooms on a different floor from the living room, which added comfort and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped in terms of appliances and cooking devices.

There were a few downsides. Basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper were not provided, and there was only a very small amount of dishwasher detergent, so we had to buy these ourselves and could not really use them up. There was also no shower gel, shampoo, or soap provided. The shower curtains are quite worn and should be replaced. Light sleepers should be aware that planes can be heard from early morning (around 5 am), although this did not bother us personally. We also had recurring issues with both the balcony door and the entrance door. Someone came to fix them, but the problems were not fully resolved.

The complex Los Martinez is in a quiet part of El Médano which I like. The beaches are wild and pretty much empty off season. It is about 10-15 minutes nice walk to the centre of town. Isas Penthouse was very comfortable for our group of friends. Each had their privacy and we could meet in the kitchen/living room, on the balcony or roof terrace. The position of the apartment at the back part of the house makes it cozy and it still has a great view of the ocean.

Lightbulbs in some of the lights by the bed were strong cold white colour. It was not cozy.
