3BDR HOUSE - Perfect location in El Médano

Great place. Location, size and facilities. Can absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again without hesitation.

The only, but really only slight downside was a smell from the shower drain, which I am sure can be sorted out easily. Not bad enough that we wouldn’t recommend staying here. This is mainly meant as constructive feedback that can hopefully be fixed for others after us.

Location is very good. Basically the apartment is fine, the terrace and the balconies are a good addition.

The house can not be 100% locked up, because both of the balcony doors had a broken lock, we complained about it on the first day but no reaction or help came from the landlord. The house is crowded with HUGE cockroaches, between 3 and 4 cm. long each one. We had to battle them every day. We complained about that as well but no real reaction, we were proposed to go to the supermarket and buy poison for few € which they would refund. The problem was not the few € it would cost - the problem is how the landlord did not care about the situation. they didn't handle it AT ALL. The beds were really BAD, very old and in a bad shape. This apartment really can't be called Luxus Apartment El Médano as they do in their promotion.
