3BDR HOUSE - Perfect location in El Médano

We waren er tijdens de schoolvakantie. Het ligt wel tegenover een school.

The house was beautiful, overlooking the sea and the local school which was charming. The house layout was excellent although no lock on shower room door but we were family so ok. 2 nice balconies. Walk in shower with plenty of hot water. Some cooking pans but no frying pan. Nice washing machine and dishwasher. Good outside space to eat and way to communal pool.shops at end of the road. Fair parking . Garage, although our car was too big to manoeuvre into. Would definitely stay again. SW

Could have done with few more cooking pots and cooling fans as no air conditioning.

Location is very good. Basically the apartment is fine, the terrace and the balconies are a good addition.

The house can not be 100% locked up, because both of the balcony doors had a broken lock, we complained about it on the first day but no reaction or help came from the landlord. The house is crowded with HUGE cockroaches, between 3 and 4 cm. long each one. We had to battle them every day. We complained about that as well but no real reaction, we were proposed to go to the supermarket and buy poison for few € which they would refund. The problem was not the few € it would cost - the problem is how the landlord did not care about the situation. they didn't handle it AT ALL. The beds were really BAD, very old and in a bad shape. This apartment really can't be called Luxus Apartment El Médano as they do in their promotion.
