Un complejo muy bien situado y cuidado El apartamento, súper amplio, camas muy cómodas , tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. La limpieza impecable. La terraza súper amplia para pasar allí el rato. Se agradece que te deje. Agua, gel de ducha, cápsulas de café. Gracias por ese detalle La piscina ideal si vas con niños al no ser tan profunda . Y el tener Parking es una ventaja que comunicación con el apartamento es una súper ventaja. La comunicación con Maria muy bien, muy amable y atenta al prestar información gracias Maria .

Como sugerencia. Si haría falta una tv en la habitación principal, por si apetece ver una peli. Y estaría ideal contar con un toldo en la terraza para los momentos soleados .igual poder disfrutar este espacio

Communications with Maria were excellent and the maisonette was superb. Underground parking with stairs directly into the kitchen /living room. The ground floor also had a cloakroom and enclosed terrace equipped with furniture and some toys. Upstairs were 2 double bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom and a shower room. It was beautifully equipped with everything you could possible need. I actually rented 3 of these maisonettes to accommodate our family of 10 (3 households) which worked extremely well. The complex was a mix of residential/holiday, very secure with a ball court, small playground and very nice swimming pool. The grounds were perfectly maintained.

We didn't mind but it was a 10 minute walk to the town, a pleasant one along the path at the back of the beach. There were a couple of local restaurants but plenty in town for more choice. It was very windy while we were there, apparently this is unusual but great for the windsurfers.

Lovely pool with plenty of beds and natural shade. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge. TV had a very wide selection of channels including Sky Sports. 10 minute walk to El Medano.

Apartment is under the flight path with planes taking off from 6am. Also noise from the stair well and dogs barking. Door shutters do not close or lock and the window shutters rattle and let in light. The apartment faces the prevailing wind which is often strong.
