Het lekkere appartement, het terras, het zwembad en de locatie op prima loopafstand van het centrum en dichtbij het strand.

De prijs was erg hoog voor 1 week. We moesten de sleutel na ons verblijf zelf naar hun kantoor in het centrum brengen. Dat was een kilometer verderop heel raar voor die prijs. We hadden de organisatie gevraagd hoe de padelbaan werkte en waar de sleutel van de baan was. Ze gaven aan in het boek te kijken maar dat werkte niet.

Good location. Probably the best location on this complex. Well equipped up to a point. Good Wi-Fi & media set up giving access to many countries TV channels. Two good fans and plenty of storage along with underground parking and access.

The apartment is not particularly well equipped for cooking and every knife in the place was blunt with no means to sharpen them. Whilst the staff at Medano4you were all very nice getting the problems solved that occurred during our stay was virtually impossible with communication between different staff members and back to us non-existent. The toaster never worked and was never replaced. The garage door stuck half way up and despite going in to the office several times (no-one ever answered the phone) despite promising to make something happen and get back to you no one ever did. We had to do all the chasing. I even tried to rent another property through Medano4you for next year but I was never phoned back. When I mentioned all this on checkout the best I was offered was an:- Oh sorry!!!!!!!

Communication was very good but some over communication was duplicated. Late check in fee was ambiguous accross the two sites, but was paid with no problems.

The outside furniture was worn and the woodern material weather damaged.

Excellent confortable and fully equipped appartement. Very well placed, see front, calm location and walking distance to main shops and restaurants. Very attentive host, Jochen was always available and very helpful. We like everything in the appartment, notably the spacious and well oriented terrace where we spent most of our holiday time.

The only small disadvantage of the apartment's complex is that the water in the swiming pool is far too cold for winter/beginning of the spring season. A heated pool would make the place absolutely perfect for all seasons!
