A special place in a relaxed atmosphere, far from the typical mass tourism environment and with one of the best climates in the world. This cozy apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms has a great balcony where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. Do you want to sunbathe with total peace of mind? Feel free to use our totally private solarium. To make your stay more comfortable we have equipped the apartment with free wifi, smart satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, Italian coffee maker, etc ... Services and common areas Residencial Los Martines has a large private pool, very quiet and surrounded by a refreshing vegetation where you can sunbathe comfortably on its completely free sun loungers. Do you want to play sports? The paddle court is available to you at no additional cost, simply communicate your reservation. Just in front of Residencial Los Martines you can practice water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, etc.), yoga / tahichí on the beach or exercise in the outdoor facilities for adults. There is a direct exit to the beach, with shower. If you travel with children and want to go to a playground, within Los Martines you will find a small park and just cross the playground on the beach !!!!! Attention to the guests We are a young marriage, sportsman and with children. We live very close, just 8 km from the apartment. We will be happy to show you the secret places that tourist guides do not reach as well as restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine at a very reasonable price, leisure places and centers of interest. Other highlights The "Residencial Los Martines" was opened in 2009 with a modern design and open to the sea. It has large common areas and gardens to walk in a relaxed atmosphere. Travelled with two children 7 and 9. The apartment had everything and more, nice mountain views and partial sea view. Terrace has sun in the afternoons, not in the mornings but we ate inside and come lunchtime you had full sun. Not that we were in much as there is so much to do around El Medano.
Location was slightly outside El Medano main area but we walked it in around 15 mins with the children around the coast at a slow pace.
Pool was good and had sun loungers which was unexpected, from a self catering rental. Felt more like a hotel vibe.
Host was great, easy check in, easy check out. We would definitely return again.
