Modern style townhouse, in a very quiet residential complex, has two double bedrooms with large closets, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with 4K Smart TV, nice outdoor patio area, private solarium terrace, laundry room and backyard.

Located a few meters from the beach and the Natural Reserve of Montaña Roja.
Multiple possibilities for both water sports (windsurfing, kite, paddle, ...), as well as land (trekking, trail running, road and mountain biking).
Wide cultural offer that goes from the Sansofé summer cultural festival and its Folkloric People's Exhibition to the celebration of one of the PWA World Cup windsurfing events.
If you come from outside the island, the house is ten minutes from Tenerife South Airport and fifty from Tenerife North Airport.
It is a pleasant and conducive nucleus for the walk along the beach, with terraces, varied hospitality and children's play areas.
Also, it is close to the highway that allows you to travel Tenerife from north to south, so if you have a car you can visit the multitude of natural and cultural monuments that are along the island (Teide National Park, Heritage City World of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, etc.).
And if you have more time, through the Ports of Los Cristianos and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, several ferry lines link with the rest of the islands.

The property is well located, spacious (we were two adults) and exactly as presented. Consequently, we were very happy with our stay there. The property is really comfortable and furnished to a high standard. We particularly want to pay tribute to hosts Marie and Jose Miguel as they were wonderful throughout, so helpful and generous in welcoming us to the property (thank you for the welcome pack of food and drink etc.!), responding promptly and usefully to any queries and providing us with lots of useful information. We hope to return to their lovely house before too long.

Clean, neat, everything is new, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We enjoyed staying at the house. The owners are wonderful people, they gave us a lot of useful information. Recommend.
