The balcony was very wet and very dirty. The weather had obviously been very poor but no attempt had been made to dry and clean the balcony

Beds were comfortable.
Tacky cheap furniture, sagging sofa, oversized dining chairs too sagging and low to sit and eat without a cushion. Pot handle loose, cobwebs and unused cleaning items old toys and tat stuffed at entrance to Appartment, flys and dirt . Balcony was spongy with rusted chairs too large for size, cobwebs rotten mouldy mat, all needed cleaned. Fan in main bathroom moaned like me…very loud! Depressing myself recalling this.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. The beds are very comfortable. No noise from outside.
Toilet in the en-suite is not fully functional and needs to be repaired. The dining table chairs are too low to use the table for eating.

There was a lot of clutter immediately upon opening the main door, paint pots, laundry bags, a garden chair . The balcony needs a good clean as does the balcony furniture. The impression was that someone had lost interest in the small things,for example the fridge had a number of half used sauces etc.,the bathroom caddy had at least thirty half used bottles of stuff all of which we found off putting
