great location and loved Kenmare; host needs to update his communication technology
location is in a holiday resort development on a beautiful lake it was chilly in our October stay and there were supplies for a fire in the fireplace which was a special treat
the host does not have whats app telephone number and was VERY difficult to contact; in addition the direction link on booking.com page was incorrect and therefore was difficult to find property; the owner required 50 euros for a heating deposit, which was not noted in the listing, the pans in the kitchen were not adequate and the frying pans had been burned and had peeling teflon surfaces

Lovely house in a quiet location on Kenmare Bay
The location of the house is stunning. It is right at Kenmare Bay/Estuary. When the tide is in the view is beautiful. It is the last house in a small estate and is very quiet. The beds were comfortable.
There was no wifi but we knew that before and the phone reception was very good so we had no issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

Fabulous
the property was clean and spacious, with a super location. c 15 minute walk into Kenmare. It was perfect for a family (2 adults, 3 children).
A relatively minor point... the ‘€50 security deposit’ was in fact a deposit against the value of electricity used during our stay, which wasn’t noted anywhere in advance. The amount we paid was small, however some more transparency regarding same would be helpful.
