Absolutamente todo fue maravilloso. Todo impecable, excelente servicio, todo exquisito, las habitaciones hermosas. Nuestro mayordomo Oliver estuvo pendiente a nosotros en todo momento, valoro mucho sus atenciones de primera.
Solo les recomiendo un poco más de organización tarde de la noche a la hora de cenar, la lista de espera en los restaurantes era un poco molesta. Luego de ahí, todo excepcional.

The staff was amazing – very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, the quality and standards of the hotel were very good. The pools were nice. That’s about it
The beach was brownish-orange, which was disappointing.A barrier was placed to stop seaweed from reaching the shore, but it made the water brown and unpleasant, with a very strong smell., We came to the Dominican Republic mainly to enjoy tropical beaches, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible at the hotel.
The food was terrible, both in the restaurants and at the buffet.
The buffet was the worst we’ve experienced so far.
