I paid for the Rocky VIP package, but ended up receiving exactly the same service as those who purchased the basic package. It was my honeymoon, and despite notifying the concierge beforehand and mentioning it before travel, nothing was done to make it special. The Butler was pretty useless, and the food at the hotel was below par. They spent three hours trying to sell timeshares, which was a complete waste of time. Probably the worst resort stay I've ever had.
