The hydrotherapy was amazing The staff was great However the service could have been better and the food. The food was cold @ the buffet, the steak house and room service food. Hibachi was great. As far as the service We had to keep requesting the daily fridge refill and for the room to be cleaned which really only required the food to be removed and towels to be replaced

If you’re looking for a chill, boutique like resort, this is the place for you. It’s chic and decorated in a very modern way. Food: buffet open 3 times a day. We had breakfast and dinner. Both times have many options, from omelette stations to oatmeal or deli meat if that’s your jam. There’s jam too lol Volcan: steak house. Honestly surprised. The past resorts had mediocre food but this was actually good. Appetizers and dinner was solid. My mom got the meat platter and said the ribs were the best, then chicken and then the steak was kinda dry and tough. My salmon was ok. Portions are large so come hungry. Tacorini: appetizer was strange, goat cheese with bread and my mom had a salad which was ok. But dinner was great. She had a gyro and I had falafel tacos. Both excellent. Side of rice and potatoes also great. Idk why they require reservation because the place was empty lol we came back another time and it was great again. We got the same meals. Asian: we did the hibachi style dinner. Comes with sushi and then fried rice with meat cooked in front of you. Very very flavorful! Honestly so surprised. Food overall was great. Beach club: Ricardo was great! I wish it had more umbrellas, we were lucky and got some cuz the sun and I are in a battle and let’s just say if lose every time. They had the cabanas but they cost $100 which is steep. Comes with beer or champagne. It won’t let me write more. I’ll review on Google!

I truly enjoyed this resort for my short stay. They worked with my family to make sure we had rooms beside each other. I love that it was relatively quiet even though it wasn’t adults only. Pools were clean and plentiful. Raphy was such a great host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as made my sister have a memorable birthday. Such a sweet guy and very kind. Other staff were also very kind and helpful in the restaurants. Gabriel was always on time with the beach shuttle. My only complaint is that somehow, mosquitos and I mean lots of mosquitos kept getting into our room even though no doors were left open. This didn’t happen in my family’s room.
