The accommodation in the apartment exceeded all expectations. Clean and bright apartment. It has everything for a short and long stay! The apartment is located in the city center. It is very easy to get to the sights. There are many restaurants nearby. The owners of the apartment are very nice people. Recommend!

The apartment is in the centre of the city. The best location one can find in Szczecin. Top class quality apartment, very clean and well maintained with adequate amenities. The host were absolutely generous and hospitable.

Nie polecam - dziwne miejsce i jeszcze dziwniejsi ludzie
Lokalizacja naprawdę wspaniała. Wszystko inne to nieporozumienie.
Klatka schodowa śmierdzi papierosami. Pijani sąsiedzi kręcą się po klatce schodowej i wokół budynku, palą papierosy na umór. Na zewnątrz i w środku budynku brudno. Wieczorem pijani ludzie na osiedlu przeklinają tak głośno, że słychać to nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Piec w łazience ledwie działa - woda jest albo wrzątkiem, albo pozostaje lodowata. Brzydkie i stare ręczniki. Podłogi pozaklejane taśmą, mieszkanie bardzo zaniedbane. Najgorszym elementem jest jednak właściciel i właścicielka - totalne szaleństwo. W mieszkaniu nocował jeden gość, ale ze względu na umówione spotkanie zostałem odebrany przez żonę oraz syna, którzy mieszkają w mieście - ja przyjeżdżam z daleka. Po wizycie żony i syna właściciele wtargnęli do mieszkania i poinformowali, że mam się wyprowadzić, ponieważ w mieszkaniu nie mogą nocować dzieci. Podkreślam - pozostawałem tam na co dzień sam. Właściciele są niekulturalni, mają zerowy poziom empatii i ze względu na to, że nie miałem ochoty dyskutować na tematy zupełnie oderwane od rzeczywistości i stresować rodziny, sam też zasugerowałem wyprowadzkę. Dotychczas nie otrzymałem zwrotu kosztów za niewykorzystane noclegi. Jedyne, co polecam, to omijać to miejsce oraz tych ludzi szerokim łukiem.

Sehr schöne saubere und sehr zentral liegende Wohnung im Centrum von Stettin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren, wenn wir die Stadt besuchen.
