Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles kann problemlos gut zu Fuss bewältigt werden. Von der Tiefgarage gelangt man per Lift direkt auf die Etage mit dem Apartment. Die Information mit den nötigen Zugangsdaten klappte termingerecht und tadellos.
Die Wohnung wies einige kleine Defekte auf. Man merkte ihr an, dass sie schon mehrmals genutzt worden war .

Ich habe ein paar Tage alleine in diesem Apartment in Stettin verbracht und war sehr zufrieden. Klein aber fein und gemütlich, perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top, alles ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Auch die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad ist sehr gut. Besonders positiv war die unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Ich komme definitiv wieder!☺️☀️
Die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind durch die Witterung leider stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen und fallen teilweise schon auseinander. Außerdem kommt einem die Tür der Spülmaschine beim Öffnen entgegen. Das sind aber alles Dinge, die sich beheben lassen und den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht stark beeinträchtigen.
