very good visit to szczecin.

The location was right in the center of the city. It was walking distance from all attractions, museums, theaters, philharmonic, historical sights, etc. There are at least 3 grocery shops in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, not to mention multiple restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. The apartment was as described, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. Comfortable and accommodating. The host was very communicative and even allow us to check in sooner than expected. Which we greatly appreciate. I'd recommend the Turquoise apartment for anyone visiting Szczecin.

I am not sure whether this is mentioned in the apartment's description, however it might be worth noting. The place is on a busy street with streetcars. They do stop running sometime past 10 pm, starting up again around 5 am. The noise wasn't bothering us, but someone very sensitive or not used to the city street sound, may want to know about the apartment's noise situation. Nevertheless, we slept soundly and restfully.

The location was good, in the centre. I was there in the Winter and the apartment was always warm. The apartment had everything in it I needed. Everything was very good.

The owener gave us detailed information how to find the apartment and the key. It is lockated in the city centre, big enough for 3 people and cosy.

The shared garden of the blocks (where you have to go through to reach the flat) is a bit neglected.

Rewelacyjny apartament. Cudowna obsługa

Dużo jeżdżę i muszę szczerze powiedzieć, że takiego kontaktu z wynajmującym nie miałam nigdy - odpowiedzi natychmiastowe, instrukcja dostępu idealna. Lokalizacja rewelacja, nie mogłam trafić lepiej. Apartament bardzo wygodny, jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Duży balkon.

Polecam apartament!

Po raz drugi mieszkałem w tym apartamencie. Nadal moim zdaniem należy się ocena bardzo dobra. Czysty, przestronny apartament, wygodnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wokół sklepy, restauracje, przystanki komunikacji miejskiej i inne udogodnienia. Około 10 minut pieszo z dworca PKP. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam, a mój drugi pobyt w tym apartamencie potwierdza wystawioną opinię.

Wyjątkowy apartament w samym centrum

To mój drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie i to już o czymś świadczy :) Właściciel bardzo miły i uprzejmy, bardzo dobry kontakt. Możliwość zakwaterowania była dwie godziny prędzej niż obowiązuje. Parkowanie na ogrodzonym dziedzińcu było dodatkowym atutem. Apartament czysty, przestronny, a nie jakaś klitka, wszystko w nim jest, nic nie potrzeba zabierać. Właściciel dba o wystrój i standard - poprzednio były inne meble, a po 2 latach są zupełnie nowe (łącznie z lampami). To również świadczy o zaangażowaniu Właściciela, który naprawdę dba o to by pobyt był udany. Lokalizacja ekstra samo centrum Szczecina i blisko jarmarku, który był moim celem - max 5 minut drogi. Lokale gastronomiczne wszelkiego rodzaju i kuchnie różnych stron świata ok. 5 - 10 min drogi. Sklepy (netto, stokrotka, żabka i inne) 2 min drogi. Po prostu wszystko na miejscu. Kolejnym razem z pewnością znów się tam zatrzymam.

Maleńki minus za hałas z ulicy, ale to centrum i z tym trzeba się liczyć, dla mnie do zniesienia :)

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ściśle centrum, bliskość na piechotę sklepów, restauracji, usług. Bardzo serdeczny, dbający o gości właściciel apartamentu. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni i przyjemna pościel, troszkę małe poduszki ale nie ma dyskomfortu. Bardzo czysto. Wszystko ok

Jak dla nas, bo mieszkamy w bardzo cichym miejscu, troszkę hałas z ulicy przeszkadzał, ale przy zamkniętych oknach jest ok.

Fajne mieszkanie za rozsądną cenę

Mieszkanie położone w centrum. Wszędzie blisko :-) Przystanki komunikacji przy bloku. W bliskim otoczeniu dużo sklepów i restauracji. Mieszkanie czyste.

Trochę głośno w nocy ze względu na położenie przy samej ulicy - ale coś za coś :-) . Za to widok z okna na zabytkowe budynki wynagradza.

Poniewaz to centrum miasta to niestety i hałas za oknem troche przeszkadzał / szczególnie tramwaje budziły o 5.30 /. Zatyczki do ucha rozwiązują problem.
