About this villa rental
Villa Alula has been finished to a very high standard, this includes new bathrooms and kitchen and an attractive finish throughout the villa.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms: master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, second bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with standard double and then bedroom four has twin single beds.
The brand new kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern appliances.
Outside in the secluded garden there is a large gas BBQ on offer, for those culinary BBQ experts to entertain the rest of your party whilst sitting round the pool or in one of the two the undercover dining areas.
The pool is a good size at 8m x 4m, electrically heated in the winter months.
The property is located on the peaceful area of Parque Del Rey of Playa Blanca, 10 minutes’ walk to the well know Playa Flamingo beach area and the Aqua lava water park which is great for both young and old alike.
The town centre is only a short walk, around 15-20 mins, where you’ll find many restaurants and bars or a short taxi ride costing around 5 euros.
All in all Alula is a perfect villa choice for you to enjoy for your vacation in Playa Blanca Lanzarote!

We finally arrived for a 9 night stay having had to cancel the holiday in February due to an illness to my wife’s mother.
I contacted the owner’s explaining our situation, and I have to say, they were fantastic with us.
We re-booked at no extra cost and the villa is a credit to the owners.
This holiday was a long time coming and the family have really enjoyed ourselves.
The welcome pack was greatly appreciated as we didn’t arrive until late.
20 mins walk to the centre, which was perfect.
