Villa Jeamir 2

Great size villa for a family holiday. Air con in the bedrooms was fab. Pool is a good size. The outdoor seating in the shade is perfect for eating throughout the day or to sit and play games when it gets a bit hot. The pool table and dart board are great additions. Extra little touches like big bottle of water on arrival, as well as a bottle of wine and cleaning supplies was really appreciated. Lidl supermarket is 5 mins in a taxi which was about 4 euros to get supplies. As there was 7 of us, we decided not to hire a car and arranged private transfer with First Min travel which were excellent. Many of the villas did have hire cars. Buses and taxis are cheap and easy to get so not having a car didn’t affect our stay.There is a shop joined onto a neighbouring hotel which is handy but pricey.

The property is amazing, we would definitely go back. The highlights of this villa outweigh minor things we perhaps noted. It in no way affected our stay. For a weeks stay, there was insufficient toilet rolls supplied, little things like half used hand wash in the bathrooms, would be better to fill them prior to new guests staying. The sun loungers are dirty from regular use, perhaps having washable mats to go on the loungers would be a nice touch. The hot tub bracket to lift the lid is broken, as well as one of the parasols which had a broken arm that was flapping in the wind, which we had to tie up. The grouting round the baths could do with being revealed. The dart board is also visibly worn.

Good location. About half hour stroll or 5 minute taxi ride (around €3-4) nice quiet location. Very spacious

Had to contact the host a couple times to get things fixed upon arrival. Broken door which resulted in 1 of the group hurting finger (got trapped) this was fixed quickly. Shower head broke off in 1 of the bathrooms, again this was fixed quickly. See picture of finger due to broken door (completely fell off) I think the villa just needs a bit of TLC (definitely new sunbeds) & it would be perfect. In my opinion not everything gets checked over after guests leave as the issues raised would have been seen before our arrival

Beautiful villa, great facilities in a quite location, short bus ride or taxi from town center. Taxi rank & bus stop close by. Very large Villa, plenty of indoor space. Really enjoyed the 76" TV, pool table & jacuzzi. Great pool, plenty of sun loungers, nice BBQ area. Nice gesture to receive free bottle of wine on arrival. Welcome pack included free water, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets plus a few washing machine tablets, tea towels & a dish cloth etc, which was unexpected. Met host Suzanne on arrival, very friendly & helpful.

Nearby mini supermarket quite expensive. Villa was 25 min walk from town center, so needed a taxi or bus most days. Taxis only take 4 people max, we were a party of 7 people, so always needed 2 taxis! Nothing wrong with Villa, sun loungers abit faded, could be updated. A Pizza cutter, a few flat baking trays and an extra rack in oven would be useful.
