Villa Jeamir I

The villa is clean, comfortable and everything you need really for a relaxing holiday. There's a taxi rank and bus stop nearby, and its a 20-25 minute walk to the Port area of Playa Blanca. The manager is easy to deal with and attentive. There are 2 twin bed rooms down stairs with a toilet and bathroom facilities off the main entertainment area which includes a snooker table and massive TV with seating area. Upstairs there are 2 on suite double bedrooms and a dinning area with patio to the master bedroom. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work upstairs but 5G was available although patchy. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine in the utility.

Only small niggles really, we couldn't get the TV to change from Spanish to English so had to sign into our own accounts on media platforms to watch stuff in the evenings. The hot tub was malfunctioning on arrival which was the probable cause of rashes which appeared on our kids legs, however cream was purchased from the local pharmacy and once the manager was informed the hot tub was drained, cleaned and operational again within a few hours.

Plenty of room. Great patio. Pool, hot tub. Ideal for family. Good air conditioning.

The only fault was the pool and hot tub weren’t clean when we arrived and nobody came during the week.

How clean the villa was, the amount of space available, the location of the property and how peaceful and tranquil the area is.

Only that the neighbours opposite the rear of the villa could look directly onto our personal space when exiting their property or sunbathing on their deck.

Very large and very clean. Warm pool. Good selection of UK TV channels and Netflix Wifi provided but a bit patchy. The pool table was a good feature especially with teenage boys shame there was only 1 decent cue!

We couldn't find the villa as it has changed name but the sign has not been updated - no reply to text or initial phone call. The hot tub was cold - but we were quickly compensated for this. Swimming pool not cleaned until Thursday. Lots of cockroaches in the bathrooms. Missing items and lack of attention to detail - e.g. no oven gloves, no washing basket, no cleaning cloths, floor broom was full of ash! No welcome pack - after hours of traveling not even a tea bag and milk to greet us! We were disappointed with this accommodation considering the premium price.
