236 - Casa Yasmine by Villas Now Ltd

Property is huge, very nice, pool heated enough in the winter and the hot tub was great

If I had to give a negative, it’s that it’s a bit of a walk from flamingo beach (say 15/20 minutes) and a long way from the busier areas of Playa Blanca. However, the taxis are cheap and relatively reliable (other than Saturdays)

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Yasmine where 3 generations loved the facilities and space the villa offered. There were many inside and outside areas so very spacious. The pool table was a winner and had a fab BBQ one evening with the outside BBQ and bar area. The pool was lovely. The walk to Flamingo beach was 20 minutes max even with kids and grandparents in tow. Being quite new the interior is lovely as were the bathrooms. Beroom decor basic but decent enough.

There was a complete lack of information from the moment arrived which was fritsrating given how amazing the villa was. The front door was difficult to work and we had no info pack or meet and greet. For this level of villa and the amount we paid we expected more. We were not told air conditioning was not included so bring change for this or your first night will be very warm. I have to say the host did put some money on the metre when pushed which we appreciated. We weere informed half way through the week our stay didnt include a cleaner which we have never experienced before again on this level of villa. Even though we paid a cleaning fee.
