Designed with larger families and groups in mind, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing both comfort and privacy throughout your stay.
The master bedroom enjoys its own private sun terrace, creating a peaceful retreat where you can relax with a morning coffee while taking in the stunning sea views. Each of the bedrooms benefits from French windows opening directly onto a terrace, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the rooms and creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel throughout the villa.

Villa Montana enjoys a peaceful setting in the exclusive Baja Los Riscos area of Playa Blanca, offering privacy, space, and spectacular sea views. A small supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, while the sandy beach of Playa Flamingo is approximately 1.6 km from the villa.
The centre of Playa Blanca, with its restaurants, bars, shops, and lively seafront promenade, is only a short taxi ride away, making Villa Montana an ideal base for both relaxation and exploring the resort.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

The size of the Villa is impressive.
The size of the pool is great for the number of people who can stay and the depth is good for kids and those who can’t swim.
The entertainment options like the games room and amount of TV channels and movies is incredible.
The layout of the Villa is great giving large communal spaces but also plenty of privacy with bedrooms located at different parts of the Villa.
Very, very small items like the door to the games room is a little tricky to lock and unlock.
A couple of the fans don’t work.
The driveway was difficult to manoeuvre into with a big car.

Well equipped Villa with beautiful views and a large pool
We loved ours stay and are already planning our next visit. It could be safer though with child height stickers on the glass doors as we had many incidents of the children walking in to doors, also a mat to or something to step out of pool on too as it’s extremely slippy.

We just enjoyed a week at Villa Montana with a group of friends. The villa is located on Montana Roja in the area of Los Riscos, so not in the center of Playa Blanca, but it's only a 5 minute drive away (or about a 30 minute walk). Nevertheless we liked the area very much, as it's a bit quieter with still a couple of restaurants within an easier 10 minute walk that offer good value for money.
About the villa: the biggest plus is without a doubt the outside area with a magnificent view on the ocean and Fuerteventura. Plenty of sitting and dining space around a big pool, the garden is beautiful and although the property borders the main road, we didn't really hear it (the wind through the palm trees makes more noise anyway). It's not all good news though. The house is in desperate need of a coat of paint and the bbq was so dirty we bought a second grill to put on top. Sadly also the inside shows that the house hasn't received the maintenance it deserves. One hot plate on the cooker doesn't work, the other three can't be regulated properly, it's all or nothing. The exhaust fan makes noise but doesn't work. Only one big pot available for a house that can sleep 10 people and the two pans provided were worn out. A plus: good fridge/freezer and plenty of plates and glasses. Moving on the bedrooms: 3 are ensuite, the other 2 have their own bathroom across the hallway and all lead onto the garden/balcony with sea view. Plenty of storage but the beds are small, rather wobly and some mattresses really should be replaced. Living/dining room: You can sit comfortably in about half of the sofa, the rest feels like the bottom part fell out. The (paying) internet was rather slow and dropped several times during the week. Again you can enjoy the wonderful view from both living and dining area. General: Although the house had been cleaned, it was done superficially. The kitchen hasn't been cleaned properly in years (I ended up degreasing the exhaust fan because I couldn't look at it anymore), there are stains on the tiles of the bathrooms, a moldy shower curtain, the sofa cushions had stains on them (beige so probably unavoidable). The list of little but annoying shortcomings is rather long I'm afraid.
We still had fun though, mainly lounging around the pool which at the end of the day was the purpose of the trip. To sum up, this house has massive potential but it needs a good scrub, some work and a visit to a furniture store. If that were done, I'd happily come back.
