About this villa rental
Cascada33 sets the standard for luxury villas in Playa Blanca. Whether it’s the lure of the ocean views or the tranquility, this villa boasts impressive clean lines and modern design - naturally exuding decadence. Located within a quiet residential area just a five minute walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, the house overlooks the sea from almost every spot. A spacious open plan property offers generous illumination in volumes, with a flow which is naturally peaceful.
On entering the property you are immediately greeted by a spacious living room and dining room/kitchen on different levels. The lounge hosts ample sofa seating which faces large glass windows framing the impressive ocean views. Should you require something else to view, it also accommodates a large wall mounted TV. A generous size dining table fit for a banquet also complements the room.
Progressing through, a large dining area next to the kitchen welcomes families and friends alike - also with flat screen TV.
The kitchen; with all modern appliances is clean, spacious and airy.
To the right of the dining area are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double room hosts a large bed with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning for those warm Canarian nights.
The twin room - with single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a valet table has an adjoining en-suite, complete with walk in shower and tub bath.
To the left of the dining area you will discover a corridor which leads to a laundry room with washing machine, a family bathroom, the master suite and another twin room.
The Master Suite is a large bedroom with air conditioning, walk in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom - complete with walk in shower and twin basins.
The second twin room- with single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
Outside is a vast plot to compliment such a lavish villa. The huge terrace on multi levels is ideal for socialising, sunbathing, or simply relaxing with a good book and a glass of the Canaries finest vino.

It was our second visit to cascada33 it did not disappoint. Villa condition, and location excellent for local amenities, beach, shops, restaurants. We looked at other villas but could not find one that ticked all the boxes for us.

The villa was amazing - one very small issue with a smell in one of the bathrooms but nothing that spoilt our time there. We had a wonderful time - pool area is superb and so much outside space, Buanavilla people were excellent responding to our questions and even delivering a baby monitor when our one from home broke . Little walk to Playa Flamingo beach which we loved. Spar nearby
Overall one of the best villas we have ever stayed in so thank you

We had an excellent stay at this villa and really enjoyed our time as a family. The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and truly felt like a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!
