Sparkling clean, A/C,kitchen well equipped, large and comfortable bed , spacious and of course a very nice terrace and very nice swimming pool with a beautiful view on the sea. Check in and check out was easy and the owner is extremely kind and helpful . Location is great (with a parking space very well appreciated on this busy area in August) , 30 min by foot from Porto Venere though nature. Well located to visit Cinque Terre and the Golfo dei Poeti!

Líbil se nám bazén
Na Booking.com byly zavádějící nepravdivé údaje. Místo se nenachází v Porto Venere (do kterého je nejméně 15 minut pěšky, ale v Le Grazie. Přístup k moři je po velmi dlouhých, strmých a rozbitých schodech, po nichž se za tmy nedá vůbec bezpečně jít. Taktéž přístup k obchodům a restauracím je po výše uvedených schodech. Místo není vhodné pro venčení pejsků, zahrada není žádná a hned za vstupní branou je poměrně rušná silnice bez postranního chodníku. Sprchový kout v žádném případě nesplňuje hygienické podmínky, dřevěná deska na zemi vypadá velmi nevábně, po stranách je vidět plíseň.

belle vue jus de fruit et petits gateaux pour le petit dejeuner le matin une bouteille de vin et 2 bouteille d eau a dispo bus juste a cote de la maison pour aller a portovenere
maison tres sombre car impossible d ouvrir une partie des volets de la porte d entree donc oblige d avoir la lumiere tout le temps maison tres humide et impossible a chauffer car temperature dehors limite et mis le chauffage a l interieur a 26 degres et impossible de monter a 20 degres en laissant le chauffage en continu proprietaire qui ne communique que par message

Piacevole!
La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. La posizione favorevole per visitare le 5 Terre, il parcheggio interno protetto da cancello e telecamere. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e bottigliette di acqua in frigo. Il proprietario (che non gestisce l'appartamento) ci ha regalato dell'ottino pesto fatto da loro e del vino, per scusarsi dell'umidità trovata. La casa è ampia e confortevole situata a piano terra.
La casa al nostro arrivo era umida e aveva un cattivo odore di chiuso. Era il primo soggiorno della stagione ed evidentemente non era stata fatta riscaldare e arieggiare, quindi avevamo costantemente questo odore di umidità affievolito in parte con il riscaldamento. La colazione era composta da merendine confezionate, te e cialde per caffè e succhi di frutta.
