Perfect location inside the Old Town, with parking close to the accommodation. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. The staff were amazing and communication was smooth and helpful throughout the stay.

Easy to find and check in, staff were very polite. Rooms nice and cozy, with beautiful morning sunlight. And most importantly very clean!

It was a really nice room, actually. We only spent 1 night there, since Zadar was just a stop along the route, but did enjoy the stay and especially the good shower (other stops were apartments, not a better-maintained hotel). I'm not sure if I'd want to stay much longer, since the room was rather small, and so was the old-town itself.
I don't think this was informed beforehand, but you need to collect and return the keys elsewhere (nearby restaurant). There you also get your breakfast, but they were very very slow, I even think they forgot us, because other guests who arrived later got their food earlier.
Booking.com talks about a mandatory cash deposit of €100: this wasn't the case. The lack of that forced deposit is of course a good thing, the miscommunication however is not.

Breakfast was fine, but not too much option.
The accommodation is in a really good location.
The bed was very comfortable.
Aircondition was smelly, it hasn't been cleaned in a while.
The towels were smelly, even though we got new ones every day.
The main door is stuck, not open normally. The shower door as well.
There was no “premium” feel to it.
