Contact with the owner very good. The owner is very nice, very helpful, he gave us all the information on how to travel around and what to see in the area. The apartment is well equipped. Bus stop opposite the apartment. Buses to Zadar every half hour (line 8). The view from the yard to the sea and the mountains is wonderful. I highly recommend this place to stay :)

Everything was in a high level. Marko is the best house owner I've ever known. He organized the taxi to the airport for us, gave us full information about the city views, supermarket and places to eat. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would like to come back to this place and highly recommend this owner and his apartments as so as the city..

Good accommodation near the sea.

The location of the apartment is great. It's located about twenty meters from the sea and almost in historic Center of the Diklo where you can walk in the narrow streets. The apartment is equipped well - you can cook there if you want. It is clean as well. The host is very nice and helpful. He proposed transport from the airport in the middle of the night, he recommended what to see in this part of Croatia and finally he did let us leave the apartment in time suited us best. The quality for the price is ok.

Felt like in the movie Under the Toscan Sun😉

I was impressed with the house and it's vicinities. The Mediterranean set up with its interconected little streets and courts is absolutely charming. I traveled alone,but truly felt the vibrant energy of the community. Friendly neighbours and other guests. There is a danger though of falling in love with the neighbor' s 🐈 Zvonko. he rules the neighborhood lol.But the best part is that the sea is right across the street.!!... beautiful, almost semi private beaches /I traveled in September and felt the whole coast was all for me! . Also, the host Marko was in touch from the beginning of my trip. Made sure to let me know I could rely on him for tips on transportation etc. Was truly as a good friend lend me his apartment to stay/ surprising me by finding the occasional basket of "domace" figs and grapes on the patio table!

I truly could not think of anything to complain.even the September temperature s were great and I swam every day...The sea is just lovely and crisp and clean in those parts as it is on the large and long coast..I was on a different parts of the beach every day...but the best part also was that 20 min. bus ride will get you down town of Zadar! I highly recommend and I will be back!!!

Everything was just awesome. Marko is the one of the best host we have ever met. So ready to help and very kind. Its our second visit here and I am sure we definitely coming back next year. Its so close to beutiful city Zadar and sea is just few metres from our door. We really love this place.

Not the greatest stay... would not return :(

Location was right by the beach. Host was friendly and offered many suggestions. Gave us a store-bought souvenir gift at the end of our stay. Had some herbs, salt, pepper, sugar for use.

Not what we expected. Very old. SUPER thin walls. Could hear the neighbors conversations. Also woke up at 4:30am to the neighbor's alarm - could hear the noise AND the vibration. Went off for 30 minutes in the morning!!! Internet only worked upstairs and was not very good, which is probably because the router for the internet was not even in the apartment. Not many dishes in the kitchen - no cooking/baking pans. No oil to cook with, which is a basic kitchen item. Despite booking.com saying that free tolietries were offered, they were NOT. Only toliet paper and hand soap. No tolietries at all. In this case, the host needs to remove this amenity from his listing! There were no extra blankets - only a sheet on the bed and a very thin blanket, which was not enough. We were not allowed to use the front patio - only the back - even though we had a door that went out to the front patio. This was extremely aggravating as well. If our door goes out there, why can't we??? Also, when we first arrived, we were told to go through the front patio to retrieve the keys in the door, so we brought our bikes up here (which is how we arrived), and he got there 5 minutes after us and started calling out how this was not our patio and we needed to move our bikes to the back ASAP. We were exhausted as we had just cycled 70 kilometers. Give us a minute to unpack and figure things out. He wouldn't tell us anything else until we moved our bikes. I didn't even have time to unpack sandles to put on because he kept calling out that the bikes have to move, so I walked barefoot with my bike down the street and down another alleyway to get to the back entrance.

Szklane drzwi wejściowe, rozumiem, że są potrzebne , żeby więcej światła trafiało do apartamentu, ale wszystkie poruszania sąsiadów z apartamentu obok było widać. Największym minusem, że przed apartamentem rozstawiona kanapa i stół, które są wspólne. Sąsiedzi potrafią głośno rozmawiać, siedząc odrazu obok twojego okna/drzwi, co zakłóca prywatność / komfort .
