Relaxed stay

Villa Punta is an amazing place, the studio was very clean, all the necessity to cook or to make coffee/tea was provided. The studio is across the beach so amazing to enjoy, having a relaxing stay. The hosts are super friendly and give you as much information and tips to do around Zadar. Truly an amazing stay and I left relaxed back home. I felt in love with our appartment,its amazing .The owners were super kind and helpfull,they explain everything,advices are priceless.In general- amazing family and perfect appartment.I woke up everymorning with a sea view,sea just 10 metres away .And actually i could see the sea from the bed )

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit unbeschränkter Weiterempfehlung

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch! Der Meerblick ist unbeschreiblich! Die sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter sind besonders hervorzuheben (Mutter und Sohn), die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.

Es gibt nichts, was ich beanstanden würde.

Ottima scelta per mare e relax

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Punta Studios come coppia per qualche giorno e l’esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi dal mare, con una bella vista e accesso diretto alla spiaggia, cosa che abbiamo trovato davvero pratica per muoversi senza dover usare l’auto ogni volta. Anche i dintorni sono tranquilli, il che ha reso il soggiorno abbastanza rilassante. Lo studio era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per una permanenza breve: angolo cottura attrezzato, aria condizionata funzionante e un piccolo balcone. Gli spazi sono un po’ contenuti, ma per due persone va bene, se non si hanno troppe pretese in termini di ampiezza. La gestione è familiare, i proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e presenti se serviva qualcosa, ma senza essere invadenti.

Sejour agreable!

Séjour parfait ! Les hôtes sont adorables et nous ont gentiment attendus malgré notre retard. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé juste en face de la plage, avec parking gratuit inclus. Accueil chaleureux, la propriétaire nous a même offert des tomates cerises de son jardin. Endroit paisible et agréable, je recommande vivement !

Beau studio et super accueil

Ante et sa famille sont très gentils et accueillants, il n'a pas hésité à venir avec nous le 1er jour car la rue était fermée à cause d'un concert afin qu'on nous laisse passer avec la voiture. Il donne des conseils pour visiter la ville. Ils habitent juste à côté ce qui est très pratique en cas de besoin. Nous avons même eu droit à des tomates cerises du jardin 🙂 Côté logement, le studio est plutôt grand avec coin jour et nuit séparés, beaucoup de rangements, place de parking juste devant. La vue mer est incroyable, comme sur les photos. La rue est plutôt calme en général.

Chambre pas assez insonorisée. On entendait la télé des voisins le soir et ils parlaient assez fort. La clim est bruyante ce qui peut déranger quelqu'un qui a le sommeil léger. Douche un peu petite.

Vorbehaltlos zu Empfehlen!

Im Vorfeld war der Informationsfluß zuvorkommend und sehr informativ. Das hat mir sehr viel Recherche und Zeit erspart. Auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Die gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war vorbildlich. Schon alleine der freundliche und familiäre Empfang war unglaublich. So bin ich noch nie empfangen worden. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist unübertrefflich. Zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Sauberkeit aussergewöhnlich. Ich verreise sehr viel und war anfangs skeptisch, da es noch keine Bewertungen hatte. Ich kann dieses Studio vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Jeder, der dort bucht kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist sehr praktisch und der Meerblick atemberaubend! Die Altstadt/Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Geheimtips des Vermieters zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen waren wirklich sehr sehr gut. So sind wir in keine Touri-Falle getreten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, das war nur ein Schnupperurlaub! Das lassen wir uns im Sommer nicht entgehen! Vielen Dank für alles!
