Unique property: room on top floor, amidst the rafters, showed the character of the old building. Overall my visit was low hassle, high convenience. The host was gracious and helpful, esp given I came in by bicycle. Allowed me to store the bike in the building.
Note on electricity: The room had only a single Schuko outlet; the rest are the Italian style Type L, so be prepared.

Buena cama con buenas sábanas y toallas. La atención y amabilidad de la Sra que a la mañana nos sirvió un café con unas galletas dulces a pesar de no tener el desayuno incluido. Tener estacionamiento en el mismo edificio
El tamaño de la ducha, demasiado pequeña, difícil bañarse allí. El check-in fue complicado porque el anfitrión no nos mandó la información antes de llegar. Pudimos ingresar gracias a la amabilidad de unas chicas que se alojaban alli
