Appartement agréable, très proche de mon centre d'intérêt
Nous y étions durant la canicule. Et sous les toits c'était chaud malgré le Ventilo....comme partout.

Le logement est propre bien équipé et conviviale. La terrasse est un vrai plus.
Il y a à priori un déclenchement à 6h de la VMC jusqu'à 8h17. Ce bruit n'est malheureusement pas bien atténué par les bouchons d'oreilles et peut gêner.

Studio indépendant avec une grande terrasse. Centre de Rennes à 20mn à pied. Parking gratuit possible à 15mn à pied. Proximité CHU de Rennes (10mn à pied).
Entrée et jardin pas très bien entretenus

Très bien situé par rapport à l'Inspe dans un quartier résidentiel. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Très belle terrasse qui donne sur des jardins.
Gros point négatif : bouilloire thermique. Ne pas louer quand la température extérieure dépasse les 30 degrés, risque pour la santé.
