Appartement très confortable pour 2

Appartement charmant, bien pensé, avec une très jolie décoration. Très bien situé: Supérette, boulangerie et station de métro très proche de l’appartement à pied. Jessica est très réactive, disponible et soucieuse qu’on passe un bon séjour. Elle a accepté de nous laissé l'appartement 1h de plus pour le check up le jour du depart, ce qui est tres appréciable !

J’aurais apprécié avoir quelques basiques comme 2 capsules de café d’accueil (je maintiens que nous n'en avons pas eu), de l’huile de cuisson et du gel douche. Les serviettes de bain et le torchon sentaient trop fort l humidité, les rendants absolument inutilisables.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé, le logement est agréable, je recommande.

Le logement est bien situé, dans une rue calme, à côté du métro et proche des commerces et du centre-ville (à pieds). L'appartement est agréable, décoré avec goût. Le lit est confortable. L'échange avec l'hôte s'est bien passé, elle a été arrangeante et sympathique. J'ai séjourné là deux fois dans la semaine pour raison de déplacement pro, même expérience positive les deux fois.

Le logement est malheureusement mal insonorisé, on entend vivre les voisins la journée (la nuit c'est calme, pas de problème).

Déco et aménagement très soignés, ustensiles de cuisine, propreté, accès au jardin pour garer mon vélo, calme de la rue, disponibilité de l'hôte, le prix.

On entend les voisins du haut (immeuble mal insonorisé), mais la nuit que j'ai passée a été très calme. La douche, difficile a régler car non munie d'un mitigeur

Appartement très cosy avec une très chouette déco. Excellente situation géographie, proche des écoles de commerce, d'archi et de l'hôpital Pontchaillou, et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la place Sainte Anne. Parking possible gratuit dans la rue.

Appartamento carino ma non del tutto confortevole.

L'appartamento è ben arredato e rinnovato di recente. La cucina ha una buona dotazione. È abbastanza vicino al centro, che si può raggiungere a piedi in 15/20 minuti.

Il bagno è piccolo, la doccia è angusta e poco funzionale: ha una tenda come chiusura ed è difficile non bagnare il pavimento. Il rubinetto della doccia perde. La dotazione del bagno era scarsa: mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, due soli asciugamani medi (uno a testa) e solo sapone per le mani.

Emplacement idéal : à proximité du centre-ville et au calme dans une petite rue. Appart agréable à vivre.

Appartement très mal insonorisé: nous avons passé la soirée et une partie de la nuit en compagnie de la voisine du dessus et surtout la voie stridente de son amie. Lit qui grince un peu. Douche très petite, peut-être une porte coulissante plutôt qu'un rideau permettrait de gagner un peu de place. Légères fuites.

Emplacement parfait, dans un quartier calme, tout proche du métro, l'appartement est meublé avec goût, l'hôte a été très prévenante et à tout fait pour que mon séjour se déroule au mieux, c'était parfait, très bon rapport qualité prix !

Extremement bruyant.

L’épaisseur des murs. On entend la voisine de palier qui raconte sa vie au téléphone comme si elle était à côté de nous. Les jeunes étudiants du dessus m’ont empêché de dormir. J’ai dû monter sonner à 3h du matin leur demander de faire moins de bruit. Ils ne m’ont pas écoutée. Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit, ai raté mon réveil et j’ai du me lever en urgence sans prendre de douche pour ne pas être en retard à mon examen de droit.
