Lovely couple trying their best with a very difficult site built into the hill.

The property was quite high up and so there was a good view. The swimming pool area was nice to look onto. The couple running it were very friendly and available. The wellness ideas, on diet and exercise, were very much in line with my own approach.

Initially we were given a room (bedroom plus bathroom at the back) on the lower level. Unfortunately the bathroom did not have any window or through ventilation. Consequently, it was dark and there was no airflow. The bathroom remained damp after a shower, and as we had to follow the usual Greek practice of putting used toilet paper into a bin, it wasn’t very pleasant. Kat, one of the owners, asked me how things were and I mentioned the above. So, after two nights, we were able to move to one of the rooms on the higher level. Here the bathroom did have windows and it was much more pleasant. The other major problem with the property is its location on a very steep slope. The vehicle access is down this slope and then involves a sharp right angle turn into the car park which is a narrow strip lined with parked cars. In order to leave the car park, you first have to turn your car around which is very difficult in the confined space and involves multiple movements back-and-forth. Then one has to turn the right angle bend onto the very steep upwards slope, and immediately accelerate upwards. So driving a car in and out is very demanding. This was a big disincentive to going anywhere in the car and as a result, in five days we only went out on one trip. Other residents had the same problem with driving in and out, one couple leaving their car in a slightly wider part of the public lane above, risking a scrape from a passing car.

Schön eingerichtete, saubere und gut riechende Zimmer, super Bett, flauschige Handtücher, guter Mosquitoschutz an den Fenstern/Balkontür, leckere Snacks und genügend Wasser im Zimmer und eine tolle Dusche

Das Frühstück ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und der Kaffee einfach unterirdisch. Die Lage steil den Berg hoch und dann wieder steil runter ist nicht für Leute geeignet, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt! Kat und Theo sind unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die mit viel Leidenschaft dabei sind. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist einladend, sauber und gut ausgestattet … mit der traumhaften Aussicht und erfrischenden Drinks einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück war köstlich und mit regionalen Produkten und viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir werden es definitiv vermissen! Wir haben inspirierende Ansätze zu Ernährung und Gesundheit bekommen. Die Katzen haben uns immer wieder zum Schmunzeln gebracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft! Eine herrliche Natur, ausgezeichnetes Essen in der Nähe und Ausblicke, die zum Entspannen und Genießen einladen. Chill out place with organic food and great owners

Cameral hotel with very good view, nice pool and amazing owners. Very good organic healthy food breakfast. Close to nice spots in western and northern Corfu. Very good restaurants in St. Stefanos. Entspannung pur in einem kleinen Ferienparadies

Fantastische Lage, am Strand ist man in 7 oder 8 Minuten zu Fuß, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand in Agio Stefanos ist ein Traum, weitläufiger Sandstrand und sehr flachem Zugang zum Meer. Wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang inklusive :) Das Frühstück im Sunsea Resort ist sehr lecker und liebevoll mit Hilfe von lokalen Produkten arrangiert. Kat und Theo (die Besitzer) sind unglaublich freundlich und geben wertvolle Tipps zu guten Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Nicht zu vergessen das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk :)

The owners of the workshop work with all their hearts.

The friendly owners take care of you all day from morning to evening, that deserves recognition. Everywhere is clean, excellent breakfast. The only thing that is a bit stressful is the resort parking lot, but the owner is very helpful. The price of the stay also includes a soft drink by the pool, filtered water. We received a little attention when we left. We bow to you, it is a difficult job and you do it great, thank you very much

A real gem in the heart of Agios Stefanos Avliotes with the best owners you could ask for.

Lovely rooms with balcony or terrace. Great air con. Lovely clean pool and amazing sun loungers. You get the sun most of the day. Complementary breakfast was amazing and so many healthy options. Kat and Theo (and their staff) steal the show though with their kindness and hospitality. Close to all amenities and beach. A must stay if you’re in the area.

Super fijn verblijf gehad, het verblijf is echt een oase van rust. De eigenaar en eigenaresse, Theo & Kat, zorgen hierbij echt voor jou als gast. Van een bakje koffie bij het zwembad (beste koffie van Corfu!), een heerlijk ontbijt (met lokale en gezonde producten), tot aan tips voor lokale uitstapjes waarbij je de geschiedenis leert kennen van het mooie eiland. Zelf zou ik niet zo snel opnieuw een verblijf boeken, maar voor deze maak ik absoluut een uitzondering!

De parkeerplaats is wat lastig te vinden en vereist een goede bestuurder door de hoge helling er naar toe.

Paradies mit perfekter Lage

Ein wahrer Geheimtipp, der der Bezeichnung als "Paradies" mehr als gerecht wird. Die Lage des Sunsea Wellness Resort ist einfach unschlagbar: Es liegt ruhig zwischen zwei wunderschönen Sandstränden, von denen der eine nur 5 und der andere 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Das Meer ist hier glasklar, ruhig und frei von Quallen oder Seegras. Der nahegelegene Strand ist mit feinem Sand und einer Länge von rund 2 km selbst in der Hauptsaison angenehm leer. Das Wasser ist sehr flach, ideal um weit hineinzulaufen. Die Anlage selbst ist mit nur 12 Zimmern und als reines Adults-only Hotel eine Oase der Ruhe. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es keine aufdringlichen Verkäufer und der Ort ist allgemein sehr entspannt, ohne überfüllt zu wirken. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, blitzsauber und bieten alles, was man braucht: ein sehr bequemes Bett, eine kleine Küchenzeile (ohne Kochmöglichkeit) und einen Smart-TV, auf dem man sich mit seinem eigenen Netflix-Account einloggen kann. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig und erfüllt den griechischen Standard. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große und sehr saubere Pool, der auch zum Bahnen schwimmen einlädt. Von den bequemen Liegen am Pool genießt man einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und bietet neben gewohnten Dingen wie Wurst und Käse auch hervorragende lokale Produkte. Der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet und der Cappuccino mit lokaler Ziegenmilch ist ein echtes Highlight. Kurz gesagt: Das Sunsea Wellness Resort ist die perfekte Wahl für alle, die Entspannung, Komfort und eine ideale Ausgangslage für Strandtage suchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Zaangażowanie właścicieli w przyjęcie każdego nowego gościa było bardzo ujmujące. Porady co i w jaki sposób zwiedzic był

Wszystko:) Cudowna atmosfera stworzona przez właścicieli i cały personel , sprawiła że pobyt tam był czystym relaksem. Trzeba tylko nastawić się na dosyć trudne pierwsze parkowanie ze względu na dość stromy zjazd na parking. Później już nabiera się wprawy, ale jeśli ktoś nie czuje się pewnie personel chętnie pomoże.

Lage & Praktisches: • Steile Hanglage erschwerte den Gepäcktransport, es war sehr mühsam • Der Weg mit Koffern bergauf/bergab war anstrengend Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: • Für mich persönlich war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmig • ca. 300€ für zwei Nächte erschien mir zu hoch im vergleich zu dem was geboten wurde. Service & Atmosphäre: • Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht, für meinen Geschmack aber etwas zu intensiv • Mir persönlich war die Betreuung zu aufdringlich - ich wollte einfach meine Ruhe haben • Das Frühstück war aufwendig präsentiert, aber für mich zu kompliziert statt authentisch griechisch Wellness-Erwartungen: • Bei einem “Wellnessresort” hatte ich mir ehrlich gesagt mehr vorgestellt • Der Fitnessbereich war sehr klein und basic ausgestattet • Für den Preis hätte ich mehr Wellness-Angebote erwartet

Fab stay with super healthy and vegan breakfast options.

We received a very warm welcome from Kat and Theo. Kat is enthusiastic and passionate about epigenetics and took the time to explain the theory to us. The breakfast was really tasty and healthy, with many of the ingredients sourced locally. Kat ensured there were vegan alternatives available each day. The freshly made coffee and herbal tea were great! Our accommodation and the communal areas are spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable, and there was good air conditioning. There is a little kitchenette, with a fridge, cutlery and crockery for 2 people (no cooking facilities, but why cook when there are so many nice restaurants within minutes!). We had a room on the first floor, so we had a nice view of the sea. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and have regular housekeeping. The pool was beautifully warm and clean, and pool towels were provided. You can borrow snorkels, beach shoes, umbrellas, and mats for the beach, but you need to bring or buy a towel for the beach (they are cheap in the local shops). Fresh chilled drinking water was constantly available to replenish the supplies in the room fridge, and Kat also gave us refreshing soda water with electrolytes after a hot day exploring. There is ample car parking - you just need to navigate the steep slope from Sunsea Wellness to the road with care. Kat and Theo are lovely, interesting people, and we enjoyed chatting with them. They work really hard to give their guests the best possible experience. Agios Stefanos is a great low-key resort, with a good choice of restaurants (many with tasty vegan options) and bars. The clientele is mature, and the local people are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a clean, friendly stay in a wonderful village, with super healthy breakfast options, book some time at Sunsea Wellness.

Apartamenty dla 2 osób, nie 3. Chyba , że z małym dzieckiem.

Zarezerwowałam 2 pokoje dla 5 osób dorosłych. Na miejscu okazało się, że śpię w zaadoptowanym na pokój balkonie, w łóżku dla dziecka , z którego wystawały mi nogi( mam wzrost 166) . Dla lepszego komfortu nad głową zawieszono telewizor. Nie można go oglądać siedząc na niskim łóżeczku z plecami opartymi o okna.🤦‍♀️

The accommodation was exceptionally clean & comfortable. kat & Theo are wonderful hosts & cannot do enough for you, they & their staff are so very friendly. Kat is so very knowledgeable in health & welfare & the delicious healthy breakfast is proof of her well-being knowledge. There is a gym area, yoga, stand up paddle boarding, paint & sip evening to take part in. Spotlessly clean pool & comfortable sunbeds. The accommodation is close to a well stocked supermarket, fabulous beach & a great selection of tavernas & restaurants.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf met gastvrije ontvangst!

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Theo en Kat. Heerlijk ontbijt en bij het zwembad (met super ligbedden) werd ons af en toe een heerlijk drankje/snackje aangeboden. Mooie locatie met op loopafstand mooi strand, wandelgebied en veel leuke terrassen en goede restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic!

Marvelous and cozy hotel with a spectacular view from the hill. It is literally one of the best stays I had in Corfu. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with absolutely everything you need there. The hospitality here is top ten. Theo and Kat would definitely make you feel like home from the first second. I felt like I am staying on my amazing villa with friends. The breakfast is also excellent. many vegan and healthy options. In addition, you get free water, sun protection, mosquito protection and many other things. Everything and everyone was just perfect there. I highly recommend this gorgeous place in Agio Stefanos!
