Lovely couple trying their best with a very difficult site built into the hill.

The property was quite high up and so there was a good view. The swimming pool area was nice to look onto. The couple running it were very friendly and available. The wellness ideas, on diet and exercise, were very much in line with my own approach.

Initially we were given a room (bedroom plus bathroom at the back) on the lower level. Unfortunately the bathroom did not have any window or through ventilation. Consequently, it was dark and there was no airflow. The bathroom remained damp after a shower, and as we had to follow the usual Greek practice of putting used toilet paper into a bin, it wasn’t very pleasant. Kat, one of the owners, asked me how things were and I mentioned the above. So, after two nights, we were able to move to one of the rooms on the higher level. Here the bathroom did have windows and it was much more pleasant. The other major problem with the property is its location on a very steep slope. The vehicle access is down this slope and then involves a sharp right angle turn into the car park which is a narrow strip lined with parked cars. In order to leave the car park, you first have to turn your car around which is very difficult in the confined space and involves multiple movements back-and-forth. Then one has to turn the right angle bend onto the very steep upwards slope, and immediately accelerate upwards. So driving a car in and out is very demanding. This was a big disincentive to going anywhere in the car and as a result, in five days we only went out on one trip. Other residents had the same problem with driving in and out, one couple leaving their car in a slightly wider part of the public lane above, risking a scrape from a passing car.

Great time in a great place with great people!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunsea Wellness! The location was perfect, shops/restaurant and beach all within walking distance. Kat and Theo were great hosts, friendly, very informative, always available for any queries and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our rooms. The breakfast was superb! Local, healthy ingredients and freshly prepared each day. Would highly recommend and definitely would return.

Chill out place with organic food and great owners

Cameral hotel with very good view, nice pool and amazing owners. Very good organic healthy food breakfast. Close to nice spots in western and northern Corfu. Very good restaurants in St. Stefanos. Thank U Theo for our spiritual conversations :) Thank U Kat for your kindness and full hosting. Defenetly recomended.

The owners of the workshop work with all their hearts.

The friendly owners take care of you all day from morning to evening, that deserves recognition. Everywhere is clean, excellent breakfast. The only thing that is a bit stressful is the resort parking lot, but the owner is very helpful. The price of the stay also includes a soft drink by the pool, filtered water. We received a little attention when we left. We bow to you, it is a difficult job and you do it great, thank you very much

A real gem in the heart of Agios Stefanos Avliotes with the best owners you could ask for.

Lovely rooms with balcony or terrace. Great air con. Lovely clean pool and amazing sun loungers. You get the sun most of the day. Complementary breakfast was amazing and so many healthy options. Kat and Theo (and their staff) steal the show though with their kindness and hospitality. Close to all amenities and beach. A must stay if you’re in the area.

Unique, wonderful stay in beautiful Corfu

We loved the individual, personal style of Sunsea Wellness. The property owners Kat and Theo put their hearts, hard work and creativity into providing a unique experience for their guests. The rooms and facilities are immaculate, the breakfasts are made with health-giving ingredients and Theo is a great barista too!

Fab stay with super healthy and vegan breakfast options.

We received a very warm welcome from Kat and Theo. Kat is enthusiastic and passionate about epigenetics and took the time to explain the theory to us. The breakfast was really tasty and healthy, with many of the ingredients sourced locally. Kat ensured there were vegan alternatives available each day. The freshly made coffee and herbal tea were great! Our accommodation and the communal areas are spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable, and there was good air conditioning. There is a little kitchenette, with a fridge, cutlery and crockery for 2 people (no cooking facilities, but why cook when there are so many nice restaurants within minutes!). We had a room on the first floor, so we had a nice view of the sea. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and have regular housekeeping. The pool was beautifully warm and clean, and pool towels were provided. You can borrow snorkels, beach shoes, umbrellas, and mats for the beach, but you need to bring or buy a towel for the beach (they are cheap in the local shops). Fresh chilled drinking water was constantly available to replenish the supplies in the room fridge, and Kat also gave us refreshing soda water with electrolytes after a hot day exploring. There is ample car parking - you just need to navigate the steep slope from Sunsea Wellness to the road with care. Kat and Theo are lovely, interesting people, and we enjoyed chatting with them. They work really hard to give their guests the best possible experience. Agios Stefanos is a great low-key resort, with a good choice of restaurants (many with tasty vegan options) and bars. The clientele is mature, and the local people are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a clean, friendly stay in a wonderful village, with super healthy breakfast options, book some time at Sunsea Wellness.

A wonderful holiday at fantastic accommodation with brilliant hosts who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyab

The accommodation was exceptionally clean & comfortable. kat & Theo are wonderful hosts & cannot do enough for you, they & their staff are so very friendly. Kat is so very knowledgeable in health & welfare & the delicious healthy breakfast is proof of her well-being knowledge. There is a gym area, yoga, stand up paddle boarding, paint & sip evening to take part in. Spotlessly clean pool & comfortable sunbeds. The accommodation is close to a well stocked supermarket, fabulous beach & a great selection of tavernas & restaurants.

Theo and kat were very welcoming throughout the whole stay. Amazing views and nice pool.

Breakfast was very health and plenty of it! Kat explained what there was and made sure you were eating properly throughout your stay with lots of healthy advice. Kat also took me paddle boarding - she was the best instructor!

Absolutely fantastic!

Marvelous and cozy hotel with a spectacular view from the hill. It is literally one of the best stays I had in Corfu. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with absolutely everything you need there. The hospitality here is top ten. Theo and Kat would definitely make you feel like home from the first second. I felt like I am staying on my amazing villa with friends. The breakfast is also excellent. many vegan and healthy options. In addition, you get free water, sun protection, mosquito protection and many other things. Everything and everyone was just perfect there. I highly recommend this gorgeous place in Agio Stefanos!

Amazing stay in Agios Stefanos, with Kat and Theo there to make the experience of Corfu fulfilled

Finally we found a place in Greece that feels like home. Superb hosts Theo and Kat were always there for any kind of assistance. Things like filtered water, beach accessories, fresh towels and clean pool with comfortable sun beads are always on the reach. Amazing breakfast is available in the resort, because Kat takes care about that. Definitely coming back there in couple of years. We really want to repeat that quietness of mornings in Agios Stefanos.

Apartments with nice pool and views.

The pool area was very nice, with good sunbeds and shade a available. Our terrace/ balcony had nice furniture. The welcome massage was a nice relaxing treat.

The bathroom was in need of modernisation- although it was functional. Breakfast was very disappointing with a severe lack of the beautiful greek fruits available locally. On 2 mornings, there was some discoloured chopped apple left in the bowl which looked very unappetising. Yoga was mentioned when booking but it did not happen which was a shame. We did not appreciate eating out of plastic bowls, in our experience, this is not the norm at hotel breakfast. We felt the complex did not live up to its claim of ‘wellness.’

Great relaxing stay on Corfu West coast

This is a new concept of holiday stay, focused on health and well being. The owners are extremely helpful, the hotel is lovely and very clean and the general atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. There are activities organized that you have to pay for but they are really interesting and inclusive.

They offer massage at a very affordable price and yoga session (free) but the therapist/instructor doesn't seem to be fully qualified to practice either. Also, there is a very steep road to access the hotel, which is not great in the heat.

From the moment we arrived Kat and Theo were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect - quiet with shops and restaurants within walking distance. A lovely few nights in a beautiful location, I’m sure I will return

The pool area is really a relaxing haven, sun loungers are quality thick beds and parasols excellent. The rooms are tasteful and thoughtfully decorated. The staff at the property are exceptionally helpful and want you to benefit from your stay. They offered a lot of helpful advice to help maximise my well-being and enhance my stay. They are truly passionate about what they do and that is evidenced in the meals they offer. I enjoyed the gentle, morning yoga session. The hosts are very generous and made my stay very enjoyable. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable which is not always a given in Greek hotels. Like I said, the owners have obviously put a lot of thought into everything they have created here and it shows.

The location up the side of the hill makes for magnificent views but would not suit travellers with poorer mobility. There is more than adequate parking behind the hotel though I would not dare myself to drive anything more than a small vehicle into it. The owners I’m sure would be very happy to help out. I didn’t have a car but I’m certain they would have parked for me.

I stayed for one night at the beginning of low season in October and it was wonderful and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic and to my liking as someone who seeks local/organic options. Sweet heartfelt conversation with Kat and Theo. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette. Nice suggestions from Kat for restaurants. The beach is stunning- calm seas and lovely clay cliffs.

I liked everything very much, the apartments are located on a small hill, offering a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. The owners Kat and Teodor are constantly in touch, very hospitable, quickly help in everything and resolve all issues. Excellent breakfast, the waitresses are very friendly and caring. The room fully corresponds to the description. We really liked the location, a quiet place, with beautiful nature, and at the same time with tourist services: restaurants, shops, boat rental, quad bikes, tour desks.

Great location with lovely views from the pool bar and a short walk to the beach. Excellent food at the restaurant. Dimos is a superb chef and his kumquat terrine is heavenly! The hosts are really friendly and they treated us like family. Leia, the waitress, made our stay very special too. It was very hard to leave. Ευχαριστούμε πόλι.

The place is situated nicely just off the main street so that it combines the peacefulness and buzz in the nearby that you wanna have on your holiday 😎 You neither need to go out for good food... that job is mastered in Dimos' kitchen area 😋 Without being paid for it to say 😅 and a true recommendation from the bottom of the heart...
