Tango Studios

We had an amazing stay. The highlight for us was probably the breakfast - lovely setting and view, delicious food and all of our extra requests were kindly accommodated (vegetarian, no mushrooms, exchanged some of the cakes for more of the croissants that we preferred...). The food in general was very veggie-friendly and had options for everything (decaf coffees, plant-based milks, awesome choice of alcohol-free drinks...). The staff was kind and thoughtful, and we loved hanging out on the terrace of the café with chill music to relax. The studio itself was cute and cosy, with several spaces to hang out inside and on the terrace. Amazing view from our terrace, and we appreciated the curtains around the sunbeds to keep some shade. Inside, the shower pressure was pretty good, and we had enough space and storage to tidy our stuff. Super large bed, and relatively comfortable once we removed the mattress topper. Also lots of nice touches (welcome drink with prosecco, little souvenirs at the end...).

We didn't love the bed - too soft with the mattress topper, and even without it a bit too springy with a lot of motion transfer so we didn't sleep great. There was also quite a lot of noise from the street (althought not too bad with all windows closed) and a bit too much light for us at night, particularly through the translucent bathroom door. We also found the lighting in the room too white / harsh for evening relaxation. There could be more outlets near the bed - there are 2, but one is needed for the mosquito plug, as there are a lot of them, and the other for the bedside lamp. Otherwise, there is a sweet little pool on the terrace but it was too cold for us so we didn't use it (we were there in October, probably nicer in hotter months). The shower is quite fancy with sprays in different places, but they didn't work that well (lots of clogged nozzles, weird angles and inconsistent pressure - we used the normal showerhead which was fine, though). Also the bathroom door was annoying / difficult to open, the soap dispenser was awkwardly positioned and it was difficult not to get the bathroom wet when showering.

Amazing stay at the beautiful property - good view to enjoy the sunset while being in the jacuzzi or enjoying in sun loungers. Very sweet of Katerina to arrange a surprise for my wife’s bday and give us a cute goodie bag - we really appreciate it. Apostolis was very kind and helpful - loved having conversations with him Will come back again.

Fantastic position and beautiful views as you sat in your lounge on the sundeck next to the plunge pool. The whole apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The Tango bar and restaurant below afforded an excellent venue for sunset drinks and dinner. Highly recommend you include breakfast as it was exceptional!
