Perfect view, nice restaurant just next to the place and Courteous service!

Towel replacement only each 3 days! There are some small flys on the room and bathrooms while it is not nice! No basic staffs in bathrooms! Kind service in the restaurant!

Amazing suite, amazing staff and wonderful location!

The room and facilities were outstanding and ALL staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our week's stay. Breakfast was wonderful and included a wide variety of food. As our flight was early, the kitchen provided an early breakfast for us before we left. Truly outstanding!

Charming and Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Very nice and helpful staff. Great panoranic view from the room and the restaurant. Ideally located, in pole position to start the path to Porto Timoni beach. 20 mn away by car from Sidari (canal d'amour) and Cap Darsis.

Exceptional stay at Zeus Throne Suites...

An absolutely amazing stay at Zeus Throne Suites! From the moment we walked in, all of the staff took such good care of us and made sure we always felt comfortable during our stay. Our suite was everything we were expecting and more - beds were comfortable, living area was spacious and the private terrace and pool were such a treat (made even better by the incredible view)! Breakfast was freshly prepared, delicious and delivered to our suite every morning and with a large variety to choose from, we always felt catered to. The on-site restaurant at Zeus Throne also deserves a mention - the food is so fresh and we ate some our favourite meals of our trip here. Highly recommend the moussaka, it is a must!! Afionas itself is a gorgeous little village with some great restaurant options and the perfect sunset watching spots. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We cannot recommend Zeus Throne enough...we will be back!!

A Real Gem in Corfu !

Absolutely excellent location with stunning views! The service was amazing, and the staff were extremely professional and attentive throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations truly a five-star experience in a locally owned hotel ! Highly reccommend !

Stunning location and room with great stadd - definitely book an apartment with a pool not a hot tub.

Stunning views. Set at edge of beautiful village of Afionas. Immaculate and clean. Very friendly and attentive and helpful staff. Generously provided welcome drink and had bottles of wine in fridge as a gift to enjoy. Lovely breakfast too.

Photos misleading so we thought there was also a communal pool for all guests. Beds were very very firm - too hard for us. Beach is a half hour walk down hill to village.

High value experience

The view was really nice! From the balcony you good see stars and the most amazing beach in all Corfu. The staff was really helpful and amazing either way hospitality. Breakfast , gyros and greek salads were amazing as well. I would definitely come again!

Beautiful apartment in the stunning village of Afionas.

The view from our terrace was spectacular, overlooking the bay of Agios Georgios. The breakfasts were all cooked to order, delicious, fresh and served on the hotel terrace. Staff were all lovely and very helpful when we had to organise taxis etc. Zeus was in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the high quality restaurants in the village.

Whilst many people do decide to walk to the nearest beach - Tomoni - we found it a very challenging walk over a rocky terrain especially in the very hot weather, so only did it once! You really needed a car to get to the other beaches nearby. Please also note while booking.com lists a swimming pool as a facility - there is no shared pool - the pools are only in the private suites.

The Staff definitely was friendly and very kind with us. They made us feel like home and explained everything about the area.

The facilities, they only cover the basics… not ergonomic building… could use some improvement in the rooms.

Fantastic property and staff. Highly recommend.

It was excellent. The views of Agios Georgios were fantastic and the private pool area was also impeccable. The breakfast was of sublime quality, especially when considering the fact it was included in the price. The staff also went above and beyond in all respects. Highly recommend this property and host; would certainly stay again.

Accessing via a car can be slightly tricky for nervous or less competent drivers. Part of the road is very narrow, but this is not a criticism of the property itself

Paradise on Earth

Thank you so much for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time with you. The Hotel is gorgeous through and through. We were expected and arrived to some welcome drinks on the beautiful terrace overlooking the bay and a fruit platter in the room. That covered breezy terrace was a great place to hang out in the mornings and early afternoons when the sun was too hot and bright on our own private balcony. The room was nicely furnished, clean and modern, and the view is breathtaking from the moment you step in. We slept well, the bed was very comfortable, the room dark and cool thanks to the air conditioning. The room terrace was a great place to hang out in later afternoons and the hot tub was more comfortable in the afternoon when it was heated by the sun than at night after it cooled down. The fridge was stocked up of complimentary drinks, which we certainly enjoyed from our chaise longues admiring the fabulous view. There's lots of choices for restaurants nearby, all decently priced and excellent food, including Zeus' own restaurant of course. The sunset can be caught from a number of restaurants facing the other direction. Breakfast was a treat as well with a large selection of freshly cooked foods, savoury or sweet, fresh juices and hot drinks. Located next to the cove was a great experience, although the rough terrain is not for everyone, and when we wanted to do something different, the hotel gave us a lift to St Georges' beach below.

The room terrace could use more shade in the morning due to the sunrise.

Luxurious and relaxing stay

Breakfast was delicious, including freshly cooked omelettes and high quality coffee, fruit and yoghurt. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning worked very well and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The patio area, including plunge pool and loungers was a luxury touch and included a spectacular view. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would return without hesitation.

It's only a very minor thing, but more shelf space in the bathrooms (for use when applying makeup etc) would have been helpful.

Excellent stay. Very relaxing.

Zeus arranged our airport transfer which went perfectly. We were met with a welcome drink then shown to our apartment which was spotlessly clean. It was well appointed and very well laid out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant on site was excellent as was the service. Our mini break was very relaxing and the room had a fantastic view. The pool was cleaned daily and was very private. We would certainly go back again!

Nothing to dislike. The apartment was self catering but there wasn't really a supermarket within walking distance but this didn't bother us as we ate in the restaurant. There were a few tavernas close by.

Absolutely incredible.

Zeus’ Throne was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The location and rooms are one thing which are amazing but, the staff were extremely accommodating and would do anything to help and make you feel welcome. I have never felt so at ease and happy in a resort before. Massive thank you to the team! Especially Mario! You made our holiday amazing!

This place was phenomenal, the absolute highlight of our trip.

Nothing - the only issue we had was the shower leaked onto the floor but it wasn’t a big deal and the staff are aware of it.

Great weekend in this beautiful place, with delicious food and nice people.

Very comfortable room, with integrated kitchen and living room, and a great external area with pool and an incredible view. The staff is friendly and receptive. We were treated very well. Can’t forget to mention the delicious food at the restaurant and cold local beer. Beaches are close but accessible by foot only with some hiking down(and UP)hill. People with low mobility should rent a car. Special thanks to Angelina, who drove us to the Hotel while having a nice chat, and to Marco for the support and attention - appreciate the information about the local fest!

Our stay here was exceptional! The room was exactly as described and depicted on the website. The staff really strive to ensure you have an enjoyable vacation. Mario and Constantinos were the two staff we primarily interacted with and they were so courteous, friendly, and helpful. Mario even went out of his way to get me super glue to help repair one of my slippers. The breakfast was amazing - freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cappuccino, eggs, feta cheese, and so on. There are also many drinks in the fridge (such as wine, pop, water) available to you for no extra charge. We also had a great experience dining at the restaurant; the prices were reasonable, the proportions were big, and the food was very tasty. The resort is on the cliff with a beautiful view!! There are three beaches close by: Agios Georges beach (10 minute drive), Porto Timoni beach (20 minute walk), and Arillas beach (15 minute drive). Arillas beach was our favorite. It's a 15 minute drive with beautiful clear water and sand.

The property was incredible; clean, friendly, with unreal views and amazing food! They were very accommodating and arranged taxi for us through the week, and airport transfers - great prices too! The suite itself was beautiful, much larger than we expected. They provided water and refreshments for free every day and cleaned our suite. The food and drinks were great, breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and area of Corfu 🌺

A beautiful stay in the Corfiot hills

We had a magical week at Zeus Throne and felt so lucky to be there. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning of lovely fresh food and a choice of juices, smoothies and coffees with friendly service. Our room was just beautiful and huge! It was cleaned to a high standard every day and the fridge refilled with free beers and juice – a really nice touch. The welcome we received with the free drinks, fruit platter and sparkling wine was the best possible start to the holiday. The private pool area is amazing and the view is perfect. We loved the little village of Afionas and the nearby Porto Timoni beach, which is well worth the trek.

The only thing we would say is that the pool water was very cold, which put us off swimming. However, we did travel at the end of September and were quite unlucky with the weather, so it's to be expected.

the most incredible time, the perfect place to relax.

the property has a beautiful location with the most stunning view. The beach is a 20 minute downhill walk which is nice but may be harder to do in hotter temperatures, I would recommend if you’re staying here to hire a rental car. The staff are amazing and will genuinely go above and beyond for you, the room is stunning, clean, spacious with a beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. very nice restaurant at the hotel and some are within walking distance for variety. We had the best experience for our 5 year anniversary and we cannot wait to come back.

unfortunately the pool isn’t heated so we could only go in twice during our stay but we were told heaters are coming next year 👏

we loved the location - in the heart of the village of Afionas. Lovely tavernas nearby. The views were amazing. The apartment was so clean and spacious. wonderful plunge pool and sun beds which were relatively private. The restaurant was wonderful - Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Missing this little gem of a find already !
