A wonderful stay marked by excellent service and great attention to detail.
A very beautiful place, thoughtfully decorated and ideally located (right next to Puerto Marina and the beach). The restaurant was excellent, offering refined and varied dishes. What I appreciated the most, however, was the service: the ease of communication when using the hotel’s different services (room service, laundry service, etc.), and the on-site team—professional, welcoming, and extremely attentive. Unfortunately, my son became ill toward the end of our stay, and the entire team was incredibly supportive in guiding us and helping us navigate emergency care (as we do not speak Spanish well). They also temporarily held our room while we waited to see how my son’s condition evolved. In the end, we had to extend our stay, which was a tremendous help for us.

The only positive thing worth mentioning is the location: close to the marina and the beach. / Jedyne co warto podkreślić jako pozytywne, to położenie: blisko portu jachtowego oraz plaży
Unfortunately, there are many drawbacks: 1/ The 5-star hotel ran out of towels! The maid refused to replace the used towels because "they're all in the wash and will be delivered tomorrow"! This is embarrassing. The towels were delivered after a tense conversation and my declaration that I would be moving to another hotel (even though I had paid in advance) and demanding a refund. 2/ Breakfast is a disaster. Breakfast is served in the bistro outside the hotel, whereas in a 5-star hotel, only a few items are on the menu, and you can only choose ONE ITEM! A disaster. For drinks, you could order one hot drink and one cold one. That's all. 3/ Parking: I knew I would be arriving by car, so I asked to reserve a parking space. It turned out that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but a tiny "sublet" one, and there were no spaces. In the end, I walked all the way to the port to get my car. It was just any car. 4/ Room layout: the bed is separated from the shower by a thin glass partition, through which you can see the person taking a bath! The sinks are in the sleeping area – a disaster! If you want to use the toilet at night and wash your hands, the whole room wakes up! In summary: a 5-star hotel that deserves a maximum of 3 stars. It can only be called a utility apartment, without using the hotel amenities (because there aren't any). I don't want to make my own breakfast or shop at a nearby store. If someone wants to spend their vacation or work without complicating their life, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
