Butas jaukus, šviesus ir šiltas yra būtiniausios priemonės, lengvas ir patogus įsiregistravimas bei išsiregistravimas, malonus bendravimas. Mūsų atveju buvo dar ir puiki kaina (gan vėlyvas užsakymas) ;) buvo vietų priparkuoti automobilį prie pat namo.

Sparklingly clean, with a fresh, modern appeal, it offered every comfort and convenience you could wish for. Its location, a stone's throw from all key amenities, was a standout feature, making it perfect for a hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for those seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary living.
Regrettably, the property is situated directly opposite a construction site, with work commencing at 7 am and continuing until 7 pm. While this is beyond the control of the property owner, it's worth noting for light sleepers or those planning to stay indoors during the day.
The biggest downside, however, was the temperature control or the lack thereof. The apartment lacked air conditioning or even a fan, which was problematic as the property was exposed to sunlight from 9 am to 9 pm, making the rooms unbearably hot throughout the day.
Despite making several requests, the owner failed to provide a fan, insisting it wasn't necessary, which was a stark contrast to the uncomfortable reality. This lack of responsiveness to guest needs was disappointing. We eventually resorted to purchasing a fan ourselves to make the stay bearable.
While the accommodation is clean, modern, and conveniently located, the absence of appropriate cooling amenities and the presence of a nearby construction site can impact comfort. Prospective guests should weigh these factors against the positives before making a decision.
