A place to return!

It was my second time staying at this apartment. Extremely clean and cozy placa. You can find everything you need. We found the mattress firm and comfortable, clean bedding. You can regulate the temperature if needed, open the windows or the balcony door. Big TV, washing machine, even the robes and slippers. All this made our stay just perfect

Some trouble with heat and sleep, but nothing to complain about when it comes to location, safety, or beauty.

Beautiful property – elegant, clean, and welcoming. The view is the gem of the apartment: both in the evening and in the morning it has a different charm, but in both cases it feels magical. Right outside the building there’s a sushi restaurant, a fried chicken place, and a supermarket. The area felt quiet and safe. There’s also a bus stop just a 3-minute walk! Plenty of kitchen and bathroom utensils. Many positive notes overall!

Microwave was not available. Unfortunately, in summer (I’m not sure about winter), a lot of light comes in during the morning, making it hard to sleep. The curtains aren’t good or thick enough, so I had to use a sleep mask. The sofa bed isn’t a real sofa bed—it doesn’t fully open like a real proper bed but it’s spacious and comfortable enough to sleep on. One last negative note: the air conditioning works fairly well in the living room, but sadly not in the bedroom I ended up sweating. The apartment itself is wonderful, though. Maybe I should have chosen a different season (?)

Stay in Vilnius

Great view of Vilnius, very spacious

Bathroom quite dark, shower door not closing properly and therefore water on the floor which had to be mopped up every time it's used. Issue with WiFi and TV , this was sorted on 1st day and owners son came out to fix it.. Bedroom curtains let light in on a morning from 4.30 am ( summer time) which if a light sleeper is a problem.

Beautiful City, Disappointing Property Owner

The biggest problem with this place is that the address listed on Booking.com does not take you to the property. The address given is Savanorių prospektas 1-38, Naujamiestis, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania. The problem is that the number 38 is the apartment number. The link sent to me by Booking.com took me to Savanorių prospektas 138, which is nowhere near the property. The actual building address is Savanorių prospektas 1. If you enter this, it takes you to the property. But once you get there, it's hard to figure out how to get into the property. I phoned the owner, but language was a barrier. Once we found and got into the place, our stay was fine. But the owner's refusal to change the listing address is frustrating and unacceptable. Another issue we had was with the HVAC system. We arrived in Vilnius in late April, and it was very warm. The unit has two wall-mounted AC units. We could not find the remotes for them and could not control them, so we contacted the property owner. They said that the building management controlled the AC, and it was not turned on because it was not cooling season. We asked other residents in the building, and they said this was nonsense. We paid a lot to rent this apartment, and don't like being lied to. And finally, in one place, they tell you that there is free parking, and in another place they say they charge 10 Euros a day. The parking doesn't cost the owner anything extra, and it should be included in the cost of the rental.

Situation with neighbors, we pay that amount of money and about 21:38 i just wanted move chair closer to window to enjoy that view and in 5min got neighbors from downstairs unhappy that we moved furniture and walked because in that flat you can hear all neighbors around walking or doing something.

This is by far the best apartment living alternative in Vilnius, and this comes from someone who has done a quite a few here. Communication, facilities and the fantastic view. Very generously equipped in all ways.

Amazing view! Everything was very good, comfortable stay for family. The kitchen has a wide range of dishes, tools and equipment.. We recommend this place to stay to enjoy the views of Vilnius.

There was a small misunderstanding about the parking, but everything was quickly cleared up in a conversation with the owner - we recommend filming the parking ,so it would be easier understand everything right away.

While I informed the property that i forgot a bottle of cream with them and they confirmed they found it and that they will keep it for me until I can pick it up, once I called to pick it up, they told me it was stolen from another guest and they’re sorry, refusing to replace the item and refusing to even acknowledge their responsibility in this situation

Very beautiful location for holiday

Extremely beautiful view, with Gedimina's castle tower and 3 croses in sight. Very spacious and clean, parking is very safe. Every main need is just downstairs: pharmacy, store, bar and fast food. Easy to travel anywhere from this location. The owner was very friendly, and helped us find the parking when we were lost late at night. Very well equipped with ironing station, extra blankets, pillows.

The elevator was a tragedy. It broke on the last day when checking out, so we had to climb with luggage to the 16th floor back-and-forth twice. And while it cannot be blamed on the owners, it was overall terrible experience. The shower would leak on the floor, sprayer didn't work (or we couldn't figure it out).
