Great place to stay: nice design, great beds, all necessary things handy. Ideal for 2 people.

We loved it all. The style and comfort of the place, the location - perfect 5 min walk to our event venue, the sauna and great communication. But above all - great beds. 100% restorative sleep after immense exertion at the event. Slept like babies. Good mattress, people! Great sleep!

Nice new apartment in a good location for our purposes

The apartment was warm and bright. It was well suited to our needs on this occasion and a good size.

It felt a bit stark and bare and we were disappointed that it was an odd L-shape with one window at the far end. The skylights helped to provide daylight into the kitchen which was nice otherwise we would have found it very depressing.

Everything was as expected or even better, great value for money and awesome getaway weekend.

Instruction on how to access the facility was detailed and easy to understand. Sauna was the cherry on the cake- great way to relax in the cold autumn evenings. Parking, albeit, for additional charge, was great addition as well. Not to mention all necessary supplies for a short stay. We did not feel that anything was missing to enjoy our long weekend stay.

Stairs for the sleeping area needed a little time to get used to.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The studio was a lovely, bright, compact and good quality one. Good value for money. Staff very helpful on a number of queries.

Noise was a little bit of an issue especially if on the street side near the traffic. However, close the window! Next time we will look for a courtyard side.

Great place to stay

Starting from the building itself. It felt very secure and clean and had plenty of facilities. Everything was accessible by a card that you pick up when checking in. I took the single room, and it had everything i could need for a few nights stay, including a mini kitchen and a good bathroom with a big shower. Overall, it is very good value for money and pretty well connected, especially to the airport and train station.

The card was annoying at times when the card readers on the entrance and elevator would not read it until a couple of tries later. Also, the bed sheets could be a bit bigger or have the rubber bands on the side so they dont slip.

A comfortable place for two

Everything was smooth since the arrival, got the code via messages, got the key and moved in. The place is decently quiet even tho the window was on the side of the road. A good place to say for two.

Nice place, small bed, not too close to old town.

Clean top floor apartments that have everything one might need: decent WiFi, TV and kitchen (fridge, cooktop, toaster oven, Nespresso machine, water kettle) as well as blackout drapes.

Bed is pretty small for 2 people. Location is meh. We normally walk a lot, but being a good 20-30 min walk from most interesting sites and old town gets old after a day. I would stay somewhere much closer to old town.

View, sauna, style

Really nice equipped appartment, great view, possibility of reserved parking (for 8eur extra). Few nice places to ear/drink near by but not exactly in the city centre. Manager responded quickly.

No kitchen basisc, such as oil, salt.. Sauna was nice touch but we did not manage to raise the temperature to the "finnish" level :)

It was our first time checking in without a reception. We were a bit nervous, but everything was clearly explained. The host called us afterwards because we had left a jacket behind. It was very generous of her to contact us.

Eveyrthing. It waa dirty, it felt old and tarnished, even though the building was new. Staff was rude and unhelpful, I asked them why their TV does not support external HDMI connections and they claimed "its a normal practice in hotels to protect them", even though its literally an apartment. They refused to help or change tvs, horrible customer care.

Didn't receive breakfast self-catering apartment

Really needed a toaster for our breakfast and we had no t-pot for making tea the washing machine and dryer would have been easier to work if payment for machines was by card or money slot although we did get it going with help from the cleaner who then give us clean towels.

The apartment was clean and had everything we need. The building was modern. The location was good, not too far from the city center. The self check-in was safe and straightforward.

The shower was leaking water on the floor. The apartement had only one small window that looked into the balcony of the other apartments

Convenient location and well equipped

Location close to shops and very easy commute to Santaros clinic by bus. Room had everything you might need, when traveling
