The host was amazing, they have accommodated an early check in for us and a late check out at no additional cost. The location is amazing, it is far enough from the Colosseum to be away from the tourist traps and crowds but close enough to walk there in 2 minutes. The neighborhood had some great restaurants and cafes, and it was a waking distance from the Termini station.
The apartment is a darker than in the photos. The sofa definitely needs some fixing, we did not use it for sleeping but it did not look too comfortable. A suggestion: it would be good to have an iron in the property.

The location is great. The apartment is in an old building but is well furnished, the bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped.
The bathroom is small, especially the toilet. The fan is noisy. The faucet in the kitchen is not secured properly and wobbles strangely. In the master bedroom, you can hear people talking in the neighboring apartments.

We had just one towel each during our five days stay, and when we asked for other towels, we had to pay 10 euro(with sconto 8 euro) for towel. Nonsens, why we paid the apartment then? it was cheaper if we bought towels in the store.
