Room very clean and nice, elevator was a God send. Very close to major attractions and easy access to bus and train. Using bus and train very easy with google maps and credit card as just tap on with card. Use satellite view to work out directions. Would happily recommend for a couple seeing the sites in rome. Big plus for a washing machine, only one that's had one in 5 weeks of travel

This is a perfect place for a couple travelling to see the sites. Not a bad thing to say

The property is in the perfect location, just 10 minutes from the Colosseum and around a 15–20 minute walk from many of Rome’s major attractions. At first, you might feel like it’s slightly out of the way, but once you get your bearings and discover the little side streets, you’ll realise just how easy it is to get around. There are also so many fantastic restaurants, cafés and little places to eat nearby, so you’re spoilt for choice. The host, Livio, is absolutely incredible and couldn’t have been more helpful. From the clear check-in instructions to recommending the best places to visit, eat and explore, he really went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Rome is such a beautiful city, and staying somewhere in such a convenient location with such a fantastic host made our trip even more special. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate — you won’t regret it!

The cleanliness, location and the complimentary drinks - 2 bottles of water, two mini cans of coke and two bottles of beer! So generous!!! It's the thought that counts!!! 😁😁😁 I also like the size of the bathroom and the shared kitchen!

The mattress is a little too soft for me - but it never gave me any back issues anyway.
