- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Early check-in option: Between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM for €20. Please ask before arrival. (Includes luggage drop-off while cleaning is completed. We will do our best to have the property ready by your arrival time; however, we guarantee it will be ready by 3:00 PM).

🪙Tourist Tax in Rome
▫️As of October 1, 2023, all guests staying in any accommodation in Rome are required to pay a tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights.
▫️Children under 10 years old are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax will be collected during check-in, in cash.
🚪 Delayed Arrivals: If you're running more than 45 minutes late without notice, a €20 fee applies. Just send us a quick message at least one hour in advance to avoid this charge.
💳 Payment Handling: If correct payment is not provided at check-in, a second visit incurs a €10 fee.
🧼 Hygiene & Comfort Standards
We follow all Covid-19 cleaning protocols to ensure your health and comfort and working with a professional cleaning team. Some properties cut costs on cleaning, we don’t.
✦ All bed covers are freshly laundered after every guest.
✦ Decorative cushions & curtains are regularly washed.
✦ Our professional cleaning teams are available: If anything isn’t perfect, let us know, and we’ll make it right.

👶 Baby crib/high chair: €5 per night (each).

Location was fabulous. The apartment was in excellent condition with new everything. The air condition worked incredible. Really nice travel touches throughout including a comprehensive welcome pack and usb wall chargers and converters throughout. Location was ideal. Truly a 5-7 minute walk from Spanish steps and a 6-8 minute walk to Trevi. Brilliant hosts. Great communicators. 10/10 would recommend.

Stunning apartment with recent remodeling that preserved old Roman charm. Host and property manager were extremely pleasant, responsive, and helpful (Ege immediately went out on her own and got us a crib mattress for the baby crib when we realized there wasn’t one). They also set us up with a fabulous golf cart tour, transport to the airport and restaurant reservations before we arrived. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with all modern features, kitchen was fully equipped for use by a family with kids. Everything was smooth and perfect for our short stay! Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
