Great location, lovely courtyard. Very nice apartment with all the facilities needed. Perfect for a short stay in Venice. Our contact for the property, Rachele contacted us on WhatsApp and was really helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Thanks for a great stay.
The mattress on the main bed was extremely hard so it was not very comfortable.

This was THE PERFECT place for us to stay on our first visit to Venice! We loved the apartment and the location! We were also beyond impressed and grateful for Rachele’s very quick responses to our questions - she was amazing! We highly recommend this wonderful apartment!

partiamo dalla nostra referente Rachele che è stata super gentile e disponibile. La casa è una perla in centro a Venezia, arredata splendidamente, al piano terra e in posizione strategica: a 300 metri da Fondamente Nove e a 8 minuti a piedi dal ponte di Rialto. Posto tranquillissimo. Ha tutto: lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, microonde, una doccia spettacolare, letti comodi, condizionatore e spazio esterno... ci hanno anche fatto trovare fette biscottate, Nutella e cialde per il caffè. Appartamento praticamente nuovo e soprattutto pulito, perfetto per una famiglia con due adolescenti. Raccomandatissimo
