The apartment was very clean, and the amenities provided were excellent. Communication with Propati was appreciated – they were responsive and gave clear reminders (e.g., checkout time).
A couple of things caught me off guard compared to other hosts I have stayed with:
· The deposit was requested only a week before check‑in, which I missed during booking and would appreciate that it be clearly stated at booking. As others may miss there is a separate deposit outside the payment of the accommodation
· I was also asked to share personal identification documents before arrival – something I haven’t experienced elsewhere.
· The listing address wasn’t precise, so e‑hailing services dropped me at the wrong entrance. I missed it a few times.

Privacy in terms of having or spending enough time on your room without disturbances and the safety and the security in terms of no trouble from visitors.
I will appreciate booking.com transport service to kindly assist with airport arrival and as well returning to the Airport if possible. Otherwise I'm hereby extending by heartfelt thank you for my driver from the Airport until the accommodation, Mr. Alfred Lee Jambaya attitude was very welcoming and humble.
