Very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Good location near a bus stop. Walking distance to beach and old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Good storage.

Compared to other accommodation in Dubrovnik, this one is among the more affordable. The complex includes a restaurant and a café with reasonable prices. The location is very good. The rooms are spacious.
This is essentially a student dormitory. The beds are twin and can be easily separated. If you’re a couple or a solo traveler looking for a comfortable bed, don’t expect that here. In addition to separating easily, the beds are small, and the pillows are uncomfortable. The air conditioning is limited but works. However, the ventilation system is extremely noisy, to the point where it’s hard to sleep. Don’t expect complete darkness in the room, as a lot of light comes through the windows. The shower has very low water pressure. The room is not cleaned thoroughly enough. It’s clear that everything is a bit worn out. If the beds were comfortable, the room completely dark at night, and the air conditioning not extremely noisy (perhaps it’s broken), I would recommend it. Still, it’s definitely better than any hostel in Dubrovnik.
