Location, good price, very kind owner and the cat. :)
A coffee maker would be very very useful, as much as sharp knives (this last we got as soon as it was possible from the owner. - thank you soo much)

Wonderful lakeside apartment — very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The location is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful, and the apartment was easy to find. Overall, an excellent stay — highly recommend!
