It’s a scam. They weren’t there and rejected every attempt to call or text. Only after I contacted booking assistance they sent a message cancelling my reservation because of a death in the family which was a blatant lie as I was told from their neighbors, who all confirmed me they closed since days and move back to the village down the mountain because of lack of guests. Funny fact they still offers availability on booking.

Our group had a magical stay at this homestead, we enjoyed seeing Mia and Stevo in their day-to-day on this working farm high up in the mountain valley. Though they attend to cattle, cheese making and meat curing, Mia still remains an absolutely attentive host and cook, and makes it all look easy. It was a privilege to get a peek into their life.

The location is amazing, unique, and has a great view. We were welcomed very kindly by the owner. She served us amazing local and homemade food, and offers other homemade goods like knitted slippers and liquor. We felt at home with the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere.
The last part of the road to the location (1km) unfortunately wasn't on Google maps, but if you continue on the known road (to the North with the P14 behind you) you will find the signs and the road on your right-hand side. It is unpaved (1km) and has many steep hills. However, we managed with our FWD city car, so you can too!

A very special farm stay! Super friendly hosts, delicious home made food (Mia is a really great cook!). Facilities are basic, but there is all you need. If you are looking for a five star hotel - don't go there. If you are looking for a million star hotel, peace, quiet, wonderful views, close-to-nature experience and lovely hosts - it is a place for you. The road to the farm may be a bit challenging, but that makes it even more of a special experience!

Most of the food they serve comes from right here on the farm, and Mia is an incredible cook and wonderful person. The night sky is full of stars, and there's plenty of great hiking to do in the area.

The nature in the area is beautiful, on the edge of a national park and canyon. Mia was very understanding for the reasons of our cancelation.
Access to the property was via a 150m rough dirt track which our car barely managed without damage. The rooms were very rough and ready. The facilities still seem to be under development.

Nice location in halfway through Durmitor ring opposite of Žabljak. The isolated summer country economy served by one little family. You can taste local food, take part in real rural family dinner and buy cheese.
No electricity sockets in room, toiled sittuated quite far, on the hill slope.

Very nice host with excellent cooking skills ! It was also one of the only places in the mountains that allowed our dog to enter wherever we were which is extremely kind !
Don't expect any luxury, but if you read the description and look at the pictures you should understand that this is a very nice experience to have and be very close to nature.

we had a wonderful time at Mia and Stefan’s farm - it was rural, basic and beautiful, sublime views. they opened their home and life to us in a way we will never forget. they were so kind. there is a bumpy road to their land, and outside toilet, everything is clean and we loved being close to the land and getting to know their way of life. the food is delicious - we loved every meal! Mia gave great recommendations for our drive around the durmitor ring. our hearts were changed by this stay - thank you Mia and Stefan. you will stay with us forever ❤️
nothing!

This is very special place, it's a remote farm with wonderful howner but very basic condition, out side old toilet and basic shower, it's not for everyone but if you're looking for unique adventure this the place! We had very good local home made food
The road to the farm isn't good for all cars but you can call the owner and they will come to pick you

Wonderful view from the farm. the very friendly family really tried to make us comfortable.
The description did not match the reality. Outdoor toilet and no running water except for the shower could have been described. A really rough road the last half kilometer. On a rainy day I doubt I’d make it all the way in our regular car.

Owner Mia is fantastic person and she compensates all what is not so perfect. She help a lot with everything. Place is natural and simple. But breakfast consist of all home made products. Nature is excellent. It is not 5 star hotel but someone who want to enjoy in real nature it is the right place.
Road to the place is (500-600m) is bad. Just for the off road motorcycles. And map position is wrong. Who want to come there better not to follow the navigation. Better read the road signs.

I really liked the surroundings, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the atmosphere there. Mia is a really nice host and we really enjoyed our stay. And of course, the home-made food was delicious!
I would just point out, that the road towards Katun(approx 1km) is not always solid, and its slightly offroad, which is better to know in advance.

Excellent service. if you like a real agritourism-experience, this is the place to go. Very welcoming hosts, eager to show you everything of their farm life, invite you to their ho e for dinner etc. Great farm-produced food & dinner. Don't expect any luxury.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me (soft), though i slept well no matter what. Other rooms/beds might be better.

Hosts, they are the best of the best. So eager to help, to recommend, to show, to give, to love.. amazing people. I will be back very very soon.
Absolutely nothing not to like. This is village style of lifestyle and this accommodation is just what you need if you are interested to understand the Durmitor and Pivska Planina way of life.

This is a real katun not just a wooden house for tourists. It means owners stay here during summer with their kettle, chicken, they make cheese etc. All food they prepare is their product. Also their hospitality and sense of humor is a genuine one so we felt not as tourists but as a part of the family consisting of our hosts and other people staying at the place. It is a great opportunity for everyone who wants to make a step out from tourist stereotype into real life on a katun.
We had to leave after one night. We would love to spend more time.

breakfast was great. It's a wonderful wait to experience life in the countryside. Not much different then the one in Romania, but it's been a while since I tried that also :)

I stayed there in autumn, so not on the farm but in their home. They were so welcoming and warm hosts. The food is amazing (Mia is a cook by profession), with organic ingredients from their garden, farm or the surroundings. TRY THE PEPPERMINT SCHNAPS - it's amazing :) Thank you to both! Hope to return again for a much longer time.

Personel był jak jednodniowa rodzina. Gdy zamówiliśmy obiad to zjedliśmy posiłek razem z gospodarzami. Jedzenie jest świeże i robione na miejscu, wędzone i inne takie. Polecamy kajmak i jagnięcine. Ewentualnie gruszka. Gdy zasięg internetu był słaby to oddali nam swój router. Zimno to dali koc. Siedzieli z nami razem kilka godzin zanim poszliśmy spać. Cały czas z nami rozmawiali. Gospodarz pomógł nam podczas zjazdu w dół motocyklami po szutrze. Super.
